    I applied to this apartment on October 11,2023. I was denied due to credit and was told i would be refunded and have still not received my money as of February 2024. Supposedly a check was mailed but i never received it. I called and was told another check would be reissued still havent received the check i need my money back since i was denied per the company policy.

    Hello,  ***********************, came into our office and picked up the check today.  She literally just came in at 02:00 PM.  Please note when she applied on November 3, 2023 she was denied, we cut a check for $200.00 refund on November 16, *********************************************************** it was bounced back to the corporate office for incorrect address, we reached out on several occasions and she was not able to provide an address.  We decided to have the check sent to our office and she was able to pick it up.  We have had the check here for quite some time, she only reached out yesterday and showed up today.  We did everything we were suppose to and always provided this information to her.  Please close out complaint since she did indeed pick up the refund check.  Thank you.  Waterchase ******************** ************

    I applied to this apartment complex 5/08/23 and paid both the application fee and administration fee the day I toured. The apartment I was initially quoted turned out to not be available, the next apartment was supposed to be available for me to move into on 6/02, yet I never heard back from the leasing office. On 5/22/23 I accessed my account through the applicant portal to find out that my application had been wait listed. I have left several voice mail messages at the leasing office, expressing my concern, yet no one has returned my call. I have also left messages through the applicant portal with no response. I have requested my $200 administration fee to be refunded, as I am aware the $75 application fee was non refundable. I spoke with ********* this morning who assured me she would have the manager return my call. I stressed he importance of the situation and how frustrated I was with the lack of ***************** still no return phone call. The phone number currently listed on their website is **************

    Hello, 

    We had cut check number 134 on May 18, 2023 which bounced back to our corporate address, we contacted *************** and she gave us another address in **.  We re-sent out the check right away.  The first time I saw this compliant was on 06/22/23.  I reached out to *************** again to confirm she had received the check to the GA address, she says she had not been in GA and would let me know when she went back and confirm she received it.  I have left several more messages and still not heard back from her.  

     

    When *************** application was initially declined on May 8, 2023, we did put in for a refund check of $200.00 she did not provide a correct address and the check went back to corporate.  We have gone above and beyond to get her this refund but she continues to not provide us with correct information.  

    At this time we have done everything we can to get her the refund.  

    Please let me know if we provide anymore information.
