    Contracted w/Duralast Roofing on 4/8/24 for a "Full tear-off w/Peel& Stick and deck nailing. 3rd nail hurricane clips, ********************* included. This is a TPO roof. Roof was replaced in a reasonable time frame, with the contractor coming back 3-4 times to finish. The problem started with hurricane ****** on 10/9/24. The next morning, we noticed ***** stains forming on the ceiling in several places, and the popcorn ceiling dripping and drooping paint in another. Sent text to **** on 10/14/24 saying "lots of leaks, need help", including pics. He said he would call the next day. Waited 3 weeks (11/5/24) before texting again, with response saying "******* (roofer who did actual job) is coming tomorrow. No *******. texted him again-"He will be out tomorrow, gave him a work order so tomorrow for sure". No *******-sent text-no response. Text again the next day-no response. On 11/9/24, I filed a complaint on Duralast website telling them the problems I was having. No response. Called on 11/11/24, spoke w/**** (said he was owner)-told me he will check on it and call me "right back". No call back. Called on 11/13/24, spoke w/****-said he will call ******* RIGHT NOW and call me right back. No call back. Found ********* number in original notes, so text him. He c/b said he will come by tomorrow. Also sent him pics. No *******. Sent certified demand letter to Duralast, telling them the problems I have had and what I want done to correct it. On 12/16/24, I visited the office and spoke with **** again, gave him address and he will be right over. Never showed up. 12/17 I called **** again, he apologized, gave him address again, said he will be right over. Never showed up. 12/19 Sent another text to ****-"That's twice you haven't shown up, I will be home all day. Never showed up AGAIN! Certified letter returned "unclaimed". ******* finally came & put silicone on 1 spot. Didn't repair 2 low spots that I pointed out, as this was the main reason we got a new roof.

    1/23/25 In  response to Mr ***** complaint, the roof passed inspection around 4/12/24 they were very happy and per contract all work was complected as stated by mr ****************** hurricane ****** hit, several of us and some of our employes were flooded out and forced out of our homes but we still kept working servicing our customers first and other homeowners needed emergency tapping also repairs as needed . most of the beaches where closed by fema and the sheriff-s department. Not allowing us to service roofs on the beaches caused by flooding , debris power lines etc.  Most homeowners like Mr. ****** that evacuated were not allowed back to their homes until the sheriffs department opened up the bridges.

    Bottom line, we did repair the small leaks that Mr. ***** had, and did not charge him , which was caused by ****** as he stated. His concern also from the storm was 2 small areas that were ponding water . upon our inspection these small areas were not a concern water should dry up within  24 to 48 hours

    There are no leaks or issues with Mr. ******* roof. He is under warranty and we continue to service our customers in a timely manner.
