    I purchased a collar that broke within a month. 1.5"Wide collar that had a plastic hasp($46.00).Hasp broke. ***** explained they do not have any warranty. They only offered for me to buy Their $79.00 collar. Look elsewhere for a collar. Order #****** **** *.

    terrible customer service. after issue they wrote to try to make me take review down and still unable to deliver but still add me to chats. ridiculous you will notice with this company they have all the high stars but screen and Delete what they dont like. shady business who gaslights. stay away.

    A lot of build up for this product. I was even by this company added to a chat. 5 minutes into it product sold out. When I questioned why so fast after all the hype I was kicked out of chat. I guess bad for business. If this is how your company does business it’s garbage. Don’t promise and advertise something you can’t deliver. That’s trash. I’ll be putting this review on google and other available sites you can’t just delete for your overpriced products you can’t deliver and spammed me with.

    Well after reading these reviews it makes sense what my experience was. Our collar last 13 months before it broke this morning. I was asked how and I said and was sent back an email upselling me a new one with a 25% and shipping and that the collar wasnt meant to be used with a lead or tie out. And its the second time its been used while we wait on a fence I wont be ordering anything else.

    The business owner is trash treats his customers and ambassadors like garbage and doesnt take responsibility for mistakes or behavior. Blackmails and threatens people when they have a negative experience with the company instead of fixing it. The customer service is slow and crappy. The collars are over rated the material bleeds when it gets wet dyed my white dogs fur red and it killed her hair took almost a year for the color to come off and the hair to grow back. The embroidery half the time isnt even and is patchy.

    Wonderful products and wonderful customer service. These products are amazing quality - we rescued two brothers who beat on eachother and their collars have lasted over a year and show no signs of wear. I can't recommend this company enough. Recently ordered two of their harnesses and leashes and I couldn't be more excited for them to arrive. Do not hesitate to purchase from Tactipup - they are AMAZING! They do take some time to come. But it is WELL WORTH THE WAIT. Everyone who complains regarding wait time is simply impatient & immature. Good things take time - Product is made in ******* and will likely outlive us!

    I can see I was right to look for reviews of this company as they seem to have a bad reputation. I ordered a Fi Series 3 collar in camo for my dog at $66.20. It was listed on the website. When I received the item, it was for a Fi Series 2 collar. I contacted the company and the owner said my only recourse was to send back the collar for a $7.95 shipping charge and that I could get the Series 3 collar which just launched for an additional $25+ charge. The owner stated that the Series 3 was just announced and that it wasn't listed on the website but it was. Good customer service would acknowledge that their website was faulty and offer a free return not charge even more to correct their mistakes. Highway robber and will be posting other reviews to save other customers the trouble.

    USPS botched my delivery and I never received my package. Tactipup’s customer service was immediately on my update request and is now fulfilling my order! Extremely impressed with how quickly tactipup jumped on USPS’ error! This is my second collar from them and I will never buy a collar from anywhere else!!!

    True review Ill keep it simple waited little under 2 months for the collar contacted the company few times asking how to track my order cause it was past the shipping turn around rate. Finally got the collar absolutely loved it personalized it looks great! 1 month later the collar broke the clip cracked. *************** they want me to upgrade my collar and wants to charge me for the upgrade!!! That was their solutions that the collar I bought was not meant for my dog cause it was basic even tho the pic of the collar I bought was for a German shepherd which is what I have. Few emails back and forth showed them the broken collar I have to pay for a better collar. I dont want a free collar I simply want everyone to know dont expect much from their customer service if the collar breaks they simply say oh sorry want to buy another one? Um no Ill go back to petco and get a $30 collar that works better and lasts a lot longer!
