    This is a restaurant I normally placed to-go orders with and on this particular day they informed me they no longer take to-go orders "per their policy" I respectfully asked can you advise where I can view this policy I do not want to cause any issues the manager himself advised me he don't know where I can find this policy as business and a manager that's unacceptable. I then drove 45min to place this order in person only to get there and be advised "they don't do take out order but if I go to the bar and be nice someone may decide to place the order for me" at this point I'm in shock and disbelief that this was said so I went to the bar to verify this info was told I can place an order but since its **** their is no rush but when I talked to ****(manager) and ******(server) prior to calling they advised all **** orders are taken care of right away with only a 10-15min wait. Unfortunately 30min later we received the food and the food was undercook and tasteless I called back to advised of this issue and was refused a solution or accommodation for this order.

    To Whom it may ******** We Complied with all. One she did not place the order or pick up the to-go food - she had someone pick it up - a friend or a driver- I was more than polite with her ,she called to complain 1 days later- she also said if we did not give her refund she was going to the bbb. we always go out of are way to make everyone happy. If she called the day it happen and return the food- it would of been dealt with. NO refund Due to customer **** she even stated she did not pick up the food that why she did not check it. If i can be of more help

    A big NOooooo the "manger "is a pigggggg I never in my life experience this kind of a behavior from a restaurant that respects it self. The steak was not fresh and didn't taste good and the first thing the "Manager" said was.... I don't return food ..... I will box it for you ://////. Really ?!?!?? That's ridiculous The worst experience I ever had!!!!Spare your self the headache and the over priced so called food ?I will never ever come back especially if the rude manger that Threaten women is there I felt Violated with the way he spoke to me!!!!

    I am appalled by your response  

    your establishment is the worst I have ever experience  and definitely dose not respect your customers

    no care for customers and the so called manager should be fired for taking to a women the way he did 

    we were more then happy to pay for the drinks not for the steak that we didnt eat and sent back for not being fresh and tasted bad 

    we paid for the full check !! Wrongfully thats for sure

    I spoke to yelp :) and they allowed me to write another review  

    any way you are arguing back and forth with me not gonna change this Awful experience your making it worst
