I received a call telling me my new tires were in. Great, went in with an appointment. A few minutes later I was told they ordered the wrong tires. OK, was told theyll call me when they come in2 months later I went back in. Spoke with the original guy who was ordering the tires..asked him what happened??? He said, we dont do that anymore! Ive gone there for at least 6 years. Slowly Ive seen this dealership go way down hill. It used to run like clockwork. Now, its a train wreck! He said unless I pay up front for the tires they wont do it. So, time to find a place who takes care of the people who care about what theyre doing! Used to go in, the same young man would come out and greet me. Knew my car better than I do.. I have the new tires. Will go to a neighborhood shop from now on..

    Good Morning,

We would like to apologize for your experience that you encountered with our service department. After further research we noticed everything occurred during the *** outage that happened back in July. We would like to make this right and our Service Manager will be in contact with you on Monday.

In my opinion, the sales department is dishonest and a bunch of cowards. TrueCar gave me an all-in number. We were ready to buy, but we asked Jenkins if they could improve on the offer. Instead, when they put it in writing, they added $2,000 to their TrueCar price. This is not a TrueCar issue; this is a Jenkins issue. I have emailed and phoned asking them to explain themselves. Nothing from the salesman or his manager. Dead silence. Disappointing.

The lies are down right ridiculous! I went into the dealership no one greeted me while they all stood around talking. I them spoke up and a gentleman from out the back then got ********* for me who then passed me to ***. Which I had no idea of that. I never got my giftcard, they are liars and very unprofessional! I'm *** going to stop until something is done! I despise liars

Very bad communication. The manager and anyone in a harder position, is very unprofessional. Lies a lot about deals and doesn’t stick with their paperwork that’s signed by buyer and dealership.

This dealership is full of liars! Avoid at all costs! I went in to sell my vehicle and was quoted $35,000 on May 9th, 2023. I left the location that evening to gather the rest of my pay-off amount and return Friday May 12th, 2023 to sell my vehicle. I asked before I left if the quoted amount for my car would still be honored they told me it would, I arrived Friday evening May 12th, and was told I had to fix the crack on my windshield (even though they saw it on Tuesday) or they would knock $2,000 off of my quoted car value. I said no problem and made my appointment right there in-front of the sales rep, I then again asked, if my sale value would still stay $35,000 when I returned Tuesday after getting my windshield repaired, and was told yes once again. I arrived Tuesday May 16th, with a fully clean vehicle, cash in hand. Was then told that they person had to call the "Used Car Manager" because he was already gone for the day to verify my car value. I told him it was right there on the paper, after waiting over an hour and a half, the sales rep I had came back with stating they were only going to give me $32,000 for my car. I told them, that was not the agreement I was given at first, and they said "they didn't know how much my car sold for", I told them it wasn't my fault they don't know how to do their job, and instead of drooling outside over someone else's car... that they should do their job and actually research cars before throwing numbers, even though they saw my vehicle and photos were taken of it. These people are nothing but a bunch of liars and very immature "management", I would honestly stay away from any dealership that has the name Jenkins attached to it. Nothing good will ever come out of them.

This place is the worst of worst. I purchased a 2021 Altima in May 2021 by November of 2021 my crash light kept coming on. Each time I took it in they claim it’s fixed which it was supposed to be replaced. Now March 15 2023 I take my car in for the same issue a third time, oil change, rear door lock switch, tire rotation and to plug my tire. At this time they tell me my warranty is up and I have to pay for this to be fixed. If this was fixed the first time I wouldn’t have had to bring it in the third time. Thy had my car the whole day I was charged for tire rotation that didn’t get done, they didn’t plug the tire because two days later the air was out. I’m not sure if I got an oil change what I paid for. The customer service is horrible. Jon the fat guy is the rudest person I’ve ever met. The CS manager i don’t even know why he’s there. My sensor is still not fixed. Normally they send you a survey I never received one as of today. Every time I go here it’s an issue. I’ve always been a Chevy girl but I loved the new Altima. This was my first time buying Nissan and I will never again. They are crooks here! Thugs in dress cloths. I plan on going further about this issue because my car shouldn’t have all these issues being a new car brought with 10 miles. I hate I ever brought a Nissan from this awful, rude, racist place in Leesburg!!!!! Never Again Jenkins!!!! I will not recommend you to a enemy!
