Did an absolutely amazing job, washing and waxing our motor home. Cleaned and buffed windows, and rims also. Dazzling is right!

I sought out companies to come in and wash my RV so that I could personally wax it before I left. I met owner Greg Bennet on the street one afternoon and asked him about "spot free wash" as advertised for my coach. Greg appeared to be professional and quoted me $200 charge to which I agreed to on the spot. During this time, I had interacted with several residents that described Greg and his company as "Belligerent", "Unprofessional", "Combative", "Argumentative" and "Nasty", but I had not seen those traits.

So last week as I began reaching out to secure 4/25/22 for the wash as negotiated, I found him to be seemingly elusive. I made an over-the-top amount of calls, sent emails, and left messages to no avail... yet I saw him pass-by in the park. Finally last Friday he called me in a "huff" and asked "What do you want?" as if we never talked. When I reminded him of the many contacts about the request for a $200 wash, he replied "I'll do it for $500!" When I responded that "You already told me that you would do it for $200." He hung up on me.. I called back and left a VMX and a few minutes later he called back in an angry tone of voice stating harshly "I know what you're up to, you want me to wash it and you will pay someone else to wax it, and I'm not doing it." I explained he was wrong, and I bought all the wax and that my friend and I were going to do the waxing the day after the wash. He simply scoffed at my plans.

He continued to be demeaning, belittling, argumentative and demanding that he would only do the $200 quality wash job now for $500. After several ugly minutes I gave in and agreed to his exorbitant price. I shared the episode and cost with several other residents and they advised that me he was just extorting money from me. When I texted him to cancel my request yesterday he wrote "Guess what. I don't give a ****. I was never going to wash it anyway." I am recommending the RV Park ban his company from entering.

Please be very wary of using Dazzling Detailing of Ft Myers. I had my fifth wheel scheduled to be clean by him and he canceled. We rescheduled and he came by to cancel again in person. We rescheduled again. After further thought my husband and I decided to try and clean our rig ourselves. We called and canceled a couple days prior to him coming. The owner said "you're canceling an appointment you don't even have." My husband said ok and that was the end of the phone conversation.

    Then the following texts occurred:

"It's so funny. You don't even know you you schedule with. "

    My husband replied

"Didn't we talk a couple of weeks ago. When you came out and looked at the place? You spoke with my wife and me last week."

    This was his reply

"Oh that's right. The biggest piece of **** in (left blank on purpose). The one that should be dragged out because it's such a eye sore and your neighborhood hates it.

I never was coming to wash it anyway..I don't work on piles of **** like that"

I have never met this man. I don't know why he was so angry. Please don't use him. He says he's been working in here for 32 years. Others have had to have issues in the past with him. We didn't respond to him because there were just no words. It was so hateful and hurtful.
