    On october 4th I sign a contract with Armando's cabinets and stone for $16,799 for them to change my cabinets in the kitchen, and bathroom and to install new ones in the laundry room. I got credit through them with synchrony bank and was told by their assistant that, I will be notify before a transaction is removed so that i can give my consent. I was told they will only get all of the money once the work is completed. The work is not completed and without my consent they went through sychrony bank and retrieved their full payment on February 22nd 2022... On December 3rd i got contacted by their assistant who promised that they job will be completed by christmas of 2021 unfortunately till this day the job has not been complete. Some of the backsplash are installed but the rest aren't, the grouts were not properly applied. The outlets that were removed has not been placed back in , and plumbing hasn't finish their job as of yet. I contacted them multiple times regarding my concerns, their assistant will make comments like: "the rest of the backsplash will be in next week or this week" last comment was 3/8/22 with no result. I contacted them multiple times now and they stop responding..I have being patient and understanding, but they have not kept their part of the deal.

    Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2022/04/20) */ Due to some shipment delays with items we needed to finish the tiles for our client, we weren't able to complete her job in a timely manner. For that we apologize for the inconvenience. As of 4/20/2022 we have spoken with the customer, to advise that the tiles have been completed. Advise customer to let us know where we can locate the tops to the outlets and the screws for the microwave and we will come back out to complete the job. Consumer Response /* (2000, 13, 2022/04/21) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) The business owner came in himself explained the reason for the delay and also made his priority to complete the job. The job has been completed and was also asked by the business owner to notify him of any other problems. Thank you for your help with my issue..
