***** trimmed a very large tree in front yard. When paying- I paid cash with a 50$ tip totaling 500. My husband then used our discover card to pay him 450$. We really liked him and agreed with him to then have him do rock and several other things in our yard. The initial estimate was 2000$ minus the 450 already paid. He then asked for money for materials and we gave him 350$ additional so 800$ towards the job. I wanted white rock, he couldnt find white rock and instead of asking us he went and got quarry gravel that was not even white without permission. Then he left the quarry gravel in a trailer for days on our front lawn until we got a written warning citation, he then came and got the trailer, I finally realized he did not want to do the job until the rock was available, as he said- he wanted to do it all in 1 day. The yard was messy with 3 of my plants dug up and never replanted- he kept saying he would do it that day when I would call him, he never did and the plants were eventually replaced by myself. He kept leading to believe that he would be over to work on it. Then he got mad after about 2 weeks and texted me that he would give us a full refund. I have the text message. It has been 2 more weeks and no payment.

I paid ***** Boling to clear the vacant lot that I just purchased. I paid him $3750.00 up front to clear the land. He started the job, then asked me for more money to buy a chainsaw, to date he has not performed the work and is not returning my calls. I have asked him for a refund so I can hire another company, he stated he does not have the money. Initially he said he was coming to complete the work, but never showed up on the days promised. Recently, I have called and texted him, he is not returning my calls.
