    so i hired safe ship to relocate my home and car and the cargo company they used damaged my vehicle. i have receipts and pictures of damage. my car was given to a company in ********* march 29th and i got it back april 17th and i moved the 25th of april. i know for a fact that my car was in pristine condition. the day of my delivery here in ******* i had issues already with the cargo company. not only was he not prepared for a car that low even tho i made the brokers highly aware that my car was lowered he also made me help him move my own car! the customer! on top of that he was threatening to take my car if i didnt give him cash on delivery, even though i went through this whole process with safe ship stating that i was going to be using card and they told me countless times it will be fine. that was not the case all this stuff was said on a recorded line. so that wednesay of the delivery safe ship received multiple calls from me as the incident was happening and no answer or reply from there 24/7 customer service. by the time the auto **** reached out it was later that day and i told him what transpired he then gave the auto transports companies insurance company number which i called immediately to no avail. no answer from the number given to me from them and on top of that i called safe ship countlless times about this incident trying to get ahold of someone for the claim. so today may 8 th we had a 3 way call between safe ship and transporter and i was barrated and told that my car isnt worth that much and "good luck" with that claim since i signed of bill of lading. the only reason i signed it was because the driver was threatening to take my car away. both safe ship and molina and sons had no resolution and just ended the phone call no follow up.

    And all claims of damage have to be noted on the bol at time of delivery , not afterwards 

    Payment needs to be made at time of delivering in 3 forms 
    Cash
    Certified funds 
    Zelle transfer 
    Since the car was pick up the customer was informed of the payment options once the vehicle arrived customer wanted to pay with a **** card after being told several times 

    On 4 different sections is the customer signature and also customer has a copy of it.

    Here it shows the dispatch order from the broker when it was assigned to my company and when it was delivered.

    A invoice from a repair shop that is poorly made dont have a phone number to call , dont show a taxes break down    In addition to that since that car was in that said shop a complete month went by and the car could have been damage by the customer but now wants to blame it on the ********************** company

    I will call and verify with said show to the authenticity of that invoice.     Because it might be a fraudulent invoice

    I am rejecting this response because: exclusive customs in ********* phone number ************.. that is the invoice they provided me. Please call and confirm nothing I have provided is fraudulent also was pressured by driver to sign and HUGE language barrier the man spoke 0 English. I couldnt understand the requests and again I signed the last form due to pressure and threat of him taking my car somewhere else. I needed my car to start work. When I set up the broker of this move I was TOLD that my form of payment would be acceptable.. because he took it originally then when it came to drop off whole situation changed. This company is crooked and as you can see likes personal attacks. By saying it could be fraudulent without even using ****** to call said company and confirm my car was immaculate.
