  Business transported a vehicle I purchased from ********** to ******* in march 2023. Vehicle arrived with the catalytic converters cut off and exhaust hanging. I have pictures of vehicle at the location of pickup proving exhaust was intact. If there were issues with the exhaust clearly hanging from the vehicle it should have been noted on the manifest which it was not. driver was not cooperative, in fact rude that I even mentioned it. attempts to resolve the issue very futile including his insurance company stating in writing that he did not have coverage for the incident. Driver knew it was removed during transport but was not going to admit it. The vehicles are very vulnerable to catalytic theft being elevated on a carrier.

  I put a $150 deposit down to hold a spot to haul a 5th wheel RV from ******* to ********. I decided not to move and asked this company to refund my money. I was told they were moving and wouldnt be paid back until Jan. **** I called the number that the man gave me to get ahold of him its been disconnected. There is a number on the website if you call it, it just rings. I have texted them 3 times but no response

  I signed a contract in which this company would move my trailer from ********* ****** to ********* ** on SEPTEMBER 3, 2022. I was informed that on September 2, ***************************************************** specifics as to when he would arrive. I never received a call on Friday. That evening I called *****, the claimed owner of business, who then directed me to ******** who was working on my case. Said she had stepped out of the office so leave a message. As of last night, September 2, 2022 I have not been able to contact, nor received ANY communication from either party after several attempts via phone and text. The business phone number in their website continues to ring and ring with no answer. They withdrew $309.74 on July 12, 2022 as deposit from my checking account. I currently now do not have a place to live as this was to be my home. Absolutely no communication at all. My phone was to be upgraded to another phone and somehow in the mix, emails were deleted so I dont even have a copy of contract. I am so angry and distraught and bewildered as to how this happened. I had spoken with ***** several times regarding this transport and how it would occur. Now, absolute silence. I want my deposit back AND I want this business to be revealed for what it is, a complete sham. I dont have much and this money cuts deeply as well as the process I will have to follow to MAYBE get my deposit back. I hope they are held liable for their actions. Or non-action in reality.
