I have been a client with Aaronson Law Firm for a little over three years. I felt very comfortable working with them from day one based on my discussions with them regarding my Timeshare case. The told me the Case would take several years to complete but assured me that they will find a way for me to stop making payments and THEY DID!!! I did not pay any money for almost 3 years to the ****************** The Firm was in frequent contact with me giving me updates on my Case and always assuring me that my Case is in good hands. My Case is finally over and the Timeshare is out of my hands. I would personally recommend Aaronson Law Firm to anyone who needs legal help with their Timeshare Exit.Thank you Aaronson Law Firm.

I have been a client with Aaronson Law Firm for almost 2 years now and they have done nothing with my case. I hired them to get my timeshare cancelled. They wrote a very weak position letter to the timeshare company almost 2 years ago and has done absolutely nothing since. I emailed to request updates and I was told by legal assistants that I have to "wait them out." One assistant told me in an email "it can take up to 5 years." At no time, when I hired this firm did they tell me the objective is to play the waiting game. The timeshare company has been proceeding, business as usual. This law firm does not instill any type of urgency with the timeshare company. I wrote the timeshare company several letters before hiring Aaronson and if I would have known that all I needed to do was "wait them out" I could've saved myself thousands of dollars. I went with this place over others because they were a law firm and are held to a higher standard but their work is not worth a penny. I will be taking further action but wanted to give my experience and urge others that are between going with a law firm & another company, you will be better off choosing someone else. Aaronson Law Firm takes your money & then asks you to wait the timeshare company out (if you're not going to settle), which is something you can do on your own without wasting your money. Major rip off.

Good work except for first helper never got back to us with answers but her replacement was great.

Hello , we are also extremely grateful that we where able to find Aaronson law firm , Because we did not know how we were going to get out of our timeshare, we have tried different things like , selling , renting , but nothing was working for us. So we began to talk to the timeshare people for help ,but that did not go well either, and we lost more money. So we found Aaronson. law firm. And good things began to happen. They took our case and told us that they could help us, but that it would take several yrs for it to happen. They kept in frequent contact with us about what was going on, So now we are finally done. thanks to their firm. they are a very personable and thorough. We would definitely recommend their law firm to anyone that needs help with their situation.

This firm got it done, but not even close to a personal level. I should have gone with a local law firm instead. There was a period of silence for about 5 or so months that not one person got back to us about our Hilton status or the case, nothing. When it was finally finalized, it took them months to even let us know the deed was done. Bad communication until it came to payment and I'm not even the main person from the account. I just started getting aggressive emails the month of June/July for final payment while the main account holder received absolutely no communications at all. My name was co-signed. I wouldn't use this firm in the future. If you want a solid place with communication, look for a different firm. Disappointing to say the least.

We have been waiting almost 3 years for case with ******* to be resolved. Aaronson took our money and will not return my phone calls or respond to my emails. I have a fantastic job opportunity that will require us to move out of state. We can't get a home loan due the damage to our credit score by *******.

I retained the services of Miss Gloribelle ********* here @ this law firm,and come to find out that she has done NOTHING on my behalf regarding my timeshare case,and I HAVE paid her! She doesn't return my calls or emails! I had to go over her head to the owner,and come to find out Miss.********* hasn't sent not one cease and desist letter on my behalf in the three months I've paid to retain her services,which is UNACCEPTABLE! I was told that the owner,Mr Aaronson was forced to retire and now has been forced to come BACK to the FAILING company. He refused to reduce my future payments,let alone refund me a dime of past payments, insuring me that NOW their going to do their job,and send out the appropriate letters,and to TRUST THEM...this time! DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT trust this law firm,they did it to me and they'll do it to you!
