This company called me up saying they had a demand for unused timeshare weeks on Dec 20, 2021. For a 1 time fee of $2792.00 they would market my weeks (8 of them) for $1600-$1800 a week and I would get a check for around $10,000. In January this company did an email blast and did not BC everyone on it. Over 100 people started talking and we all discovered that none of us has received what we paid for. I had the contact info to the person that signed me up, Daniel B***** - **********. I finally got a hold of him and he transferred me to his manager Charles - phone #*************. Charles assured me that it was a technical error and I would receive all my offers by March 20, 2022. All of March I called and left numerous messages with Daniel and Charles with no call back or answer. Meanwhile over 100 people are advising they cant get a hold of this company and all emails that are sent to VIP Luxury Travelers is bouncing back. March 21, 2022 I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Since then, VIP Luxury Travelers website has been deactivated and up for purchase. No one has received any offers or sales and no one can get a hold of this scam company.

I have attached a contract I signed with the company "VIP Travelers" on 11/12/21. In the contract, they listed a license number that is no longer valid in the state of Florida. They provided a website link where properties were contracted to be listed/promoted that is no longer in service. All numbers provided for support/contact are no longer in service. I made the dispute before the stated 180 window for cancellation of automatic renewal ended because I was unable to reach anyone via any information provided both by the rep I spoke to and the contract I signed. This is the link that was provided for property listing/promotion: vip-luxurytravelers.com Here is a link to the Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services that notes that the license # on the contract I signed was no longer valid at the time of contract (11/12/21): ********************************************************************** If the link requires re-entry of the License #, it is ****** (as indicated on the attached contract). According to this government website, the company was unlicensed after October 23, 2021. To date, my timeshare has never been listed or promoted anywhere. There has been no way to reach anyone about this contract from the customer/client side. As the company was unlicensed at the time of contract and that expired license was used on a contract issued after its expiration, the company misrepresented/utilized false information on said contract, which should render the contract null/void. The client should not be held liable for payments made for a service that was never received by a company that was operating out of license and using an expired license number on the contract of service.

I signed up 1/13/22 to rent out the ****** Vacation time share I own. I was told it would take from 90 to 120 days before I would get any rental money. I was never sent any info on the unit or any info saying there were offers, no info at all. It is now 6/12/22 still not one has called me to explain the reason I have never received any offers or money. I have been calling every day, the phone is constantly busy, no one ever answers. I have sent emails to every address they have listed on their sites, again no responses. I have put a dispute on the credit card I used they sided with the VIP people. VIP is using a credit card company to sidestep any cancellations of the charges. I want my money back. I did receive the promised services.

We paid VIP-Luxury Travelers LLC to sell our time share in Florida. We didn't get any offers. We had an option to exend the period for selling for another 180 days and if it wasn't sold in that time period our money would be refunded. I have been trying to call/email them and phones are disconnected and emails bounce back. The time limit is soon for the 180 days so I want to get this resolved asap.

I sold my timeshare friends and family for $1500 and was told within 6-8 weeks that I would make approx. $7000.00. An email was sent out that this was a scam. I contacted my credit card company and was informed that I needed to go thru the Better Business Bureau. I have tried to email the company with no response, phone numbers have been disconnected or not answered. I would like my money returned as they did not provide a service as promised.

I agreed to have time in a vacation share sold via VIP. But since signing the contract I have never received any confirmations it was being marketted, no communications to any potential sale, nothing. Instead I receive a group mail with others indicating they are merging/changing and they failed to bcc all. And the mails started flying about fraud, lack of mails, investigations by state. Seems they were offering to sell something people cannot sell. And their goal was get the fee, then oh two bad no offers during your contract time care to try again. But since they can't legally do what they claim to do is all a sham.
