Had a new metal roof installed by these guys it is absolutely beautiful. They came in and ripped off the old in one day dried it in and had it completely roofed in the other, done in 2 days. The yard was spotless after they cleaned up They did a perfect job. I am very pleased.Review from Stu E

My wife and I are very happy with our new roof from Mid Florida Exteriors, LLC. The roof looks, and works, great! We have received many compliments from walkers and even drivers pulling over to ask who did it. I always provide them the info and inform them that the whole process was handled by professionals. The process started with information and estimates from Kim along with multiple examples of nearby homes to look at. Kim handled all permits, material ordering, and scheduling very efficiently. Tobias and crew were on time every day, provided status and expert work throughout the install. They were very knowledgeable and professional throughout the job, the cleanup was excellent and the end costs were exactly as I expected. Throughout the process, Kim, Tobias, and crew were respectful and professional with everything they did which resulted in a no stress situation for us! Mid Florida Exteriors, LLC is a great company to work with! Kim came out and spent over an hour explaining in detail and giving my estimate. I couldn't believe the price was so great! How could I ever go back to a shingle roof! I never dreamed I could afford a metal roof, but Kim showed me I could! I love my beautiful new blue roof and I will never have to worry about getting another roof! Please call and speak to Kim, she is the best! The workers were great and fast. I had my roof in 1 day! I loved doing business with them and will refer all my family and friends!

Our insurance company told us it was time for a new roof. We decided to make lemons from lemonade and got the type of roof we've always wanted. A metal roof. And we decided on Mid Florida Exteriors because metal is all they do and we got a glowing recommendation from a former customer of 5 years prior. Met with Kim ***** and she took us each step of the way. Tobias led his roofing team in a very well-managed re-roofing of our house. They were great, getting it all done in four days (50 squares). Just incredible! There are no words to describe how happy I am at the completion of this project. From beginning to end Kim did incredible with communication and held my hand for every step of the way. Tobias and his team were a pleasure. The work and service were more than I could imagine and the job was done beautifully and so fast! They even cleaned everything up! This was my first time working with roofing contractors and everything went seamlessly.
