We were contacted by the company to advertise our timeshare. The gentlemen said he was allowed to do so through ********. We never heard anything more about it. ******** has since told me that this company isn't legally allowed to do that and are scamming people. I did not have the money to go to court so I haven't pursued the issue. ******** encouraged me to reach out and do so.

I was charged $1,794.00 by Executive Resorts in September of 2019 to market and rent out my timeshare. I was told that my timeshare would rent for $9,000. Towards the end of my initial 90 day contract, I attempted to contact the company in order to investigate whether my timeshare ad was posted correctly because I could not find it on their site. They guaranteed in the contract that I would recieve further marketing if I didn't have any offers within 90 days, because they "understand that it takes some time to rent out these units." I was often unable to get in touch with anyone, and when I did I was essentially told to be patient. I was told that paperwork was slow, and that if my listing was still on their website it was active- but it never was. I attempted many times to communicate with the company to try to terminate my contract, but it never got anywhere. Now, I find out that the company has been deemed a fraudulent company, and I believe my timeshare was never posted, advertised, or marketed at all. I would like a refund for the charges I accrued for a service that was not provided.

On May 11th, 2020, I paid $1,800.00 to Executive Resorts to rent out my timeshare (ERN listing # ****. They promised that I would receive $9,500.00 for the rental. They also said that it may take 2-3 years to actually rent out the week. I contacted them several times within the first 18 months and was told that COVID was the cause of the delayed payment. I never received my payment and continued to try and contact them but they removed the listing, website and the contact number became invalid.

On December 23, 2019, I paid $1,197.00 to Executive Resorts to rent out my timeshare. They promised that I would receive $4,500.00 for the rental. They also said that it may take 2-3 years to actually rent out the week. I contacted them several times within the first 18 months and was told that COVID was the cause of the delayed payment. I recently found out through a law firm that Executive Resorts was committing fraud.

Executive Resorts LLC said they would market my timeshare package for rent for a total of 180 days on their website. They charged my credit card for $2394 their advertising fee in January 2020. After they received my payment, I could not reach them nor have I received any communication or compensation from them and their website (where they were supposed to post the advertisement) does not exist. I thought the problem may have been due to COVID-19, so I waited until now to file a complaint. I still cannot reach them and want a full refund.

I paid $1100 to ERN VIP Getaways on 12/3/2020 with a promise that they would rent out my timeshare weeks. I received no notices of any progress, no checks, and could not get a hold of anyone with the phone numbers provided. I was not told that on the fine print, I would have to notify the company in writing before the initial 180 days, to extend the advertising. However, after reading several other complaints here, I'm not sure if more "marketing" would have helped. This seems to be an obvious scam, and I just want my money refunded. It makes me so sad that they would "employ" such nice-sounding people (Stephanie) to rip me off of my hard-earned money. I'm a teacher, but this should not happen to anyone.
