They used to be a good service. Now they no longer carry in their mobile servIce Bravecto, Proheart, a 6 way that doesnt include parvo. I gave a 2 star because the vet and staff are always really nice and the van shows up on time.ShotVet Response

Hi ********* Family....I am very sorry our Doctor did not meet our standards of outstanding service to our pets and pet parents. Perhaps he was having a rough day. Id give zero stars if I could. I was told when scheduling the appointment that they would be willing to send a prescription to any pharmacy of my choice. When the time came, they refused to send a prescription and would only send the test results to the pharmacy via email. I called over 15 pharmacies and not one would accept test results rather than the script. I explained this to shot vet customer service for over 2 hours and got no where. I was told a manager would call me back. Its been 2 weeks and l have heard nothing. Total scam.ShotVet Response

I ordered simparica on their website to be picked up at their event ( they even sent an email saying we would be seen quicker if we p***aid which I foolishly did.) I get to the event and they say its only available through mail order. I go home and get on the website and I chat with a *** who promised I would have it in 3 days mind you this was on 10/5. I was told it shipped 10/8. So we had a hurricane in the meantime but that still doesnt explain why the post office never received my package or why they have failed to respond to my email. I wish negative stars were possible. Meanwhile I cant afford flea treatment for my dogs. Thanks.ShotVet Response

A first-time user, and never even got to use their service! They never showed up, despite their website and their texts, even a sign at the location, saying that the session was still on! My 9-week-old puppy and I waited 20 minutes in the heat and humidity and loud traffic while trying to connect with someone on chat and on the phone, but no one answered. I got a "so sorry" via chat last night. They have horrendous customer service and I will never recommend them to anyone.ShotVet Response

On August 4, 2024, I encountered considerable frustration with ShotVet at their *********************** location. I traveled 40 minutes with my very large dog for a scheduled appointment from 12:30 to 1:30 PM. Although the mobile clinic did arrive, they departed well before the conclusion of their designated time, leaving me and my dog in vain anticipation. This premature departure, coupled with the lack of any prior notification, significantly disrupted our plans and rendered my extensive journey futile.The inadequate communication regarding their early departure and the overall mismanagement of the situation were deeply disheartening. Despite being present within the appointed time frame, I was unable to access the services for which I had made the effort to drive such a distance. My attempts to resolve the matter through customer service only exacerbated the issue. I engaged with two representatives, including a supervisor, but received no substantive assistance or resolution. This experience starkly reveals deficiencies in ShotVet's operational management and customer service protocols. I strongly advise seeking alternative veterinary services to circumvent similar issues and ensure more reliable care.ShotVet Response

I ordered and paid for medication for my dog over a month ago. After multiple voicemails and emails, Unable to actually Speak to anyone, I find out that the medication has been sent to the wrong address. They have the correct address on file.They have been given the Is correct address multiple times the only thing wrong with the Address is the city but they refuse to correct it.I finally was so frustrated with No communication or resolution of the problem that I ask for a full refund and I would take my prescription elsewhere to get it filled. Now all of a sudden they tell me it has been shipped the only problem Is that it's already expired , but according to them , that's OK. Well I am not okay with it And I do not understand what makes them think they can provide a customer with Expired medications?I am A health and wellness consultant And would never , ever dream of giving a customer expired supplements.The shot process has been fine and without issue.As I've been going for years, however, the pharmacy part.I will never use again.I still have no resolution or answer.So my next step is calling my Bank and reversing the charge.ShotVet Response

OMG HORRIBLE customer service. Stay FAR AWAY!!!! Do not order anything from them. The prescription order just sat and sat and sat... no updates.I tried chatting online - never worked. I emailed - finally got a response - giving me a hard time about not having seen my animals in over a year. OK, so we bring the 2/3 in that hadn't been seen. We gave an updated weight for the 3rd that had been seen recently. Then we waited... and waited...Still nothing. So I email them again. They tell me their sticker/label printer has been broken and that is delaying orders.Ummm OK.I mention the online chat not working - oh, yeah, we had an update and now the chat isn't working...So then they start giving me a hard time again about the 3rd pet. I said you asked that they be seen in the past year, which he was, and you asked for an updated weight, which I provided. At this point, I asked for a full refund because I was so done.The next day, I get a shipped email. Hrm. OK, well, I guess we'll just get our meds and forget this ever happened and never order from them again.Nope.Get the order... EVENTUALLY (took forever).No Feline meds in the package. The delivered email says they should be in there. Nope. Not only that, the prescription box for the LARGE dog is labeled for my SMALL dog (good thing I checked!). The prescription box for the SMALL DOG is labeled for my CAT. W.T.F.I try chatting online again (sigh, I know). I finally get a human...yay. Nope. She starts looking into it, then ends the chat and now I can't get a human again. Insert cursing here. I just emailed customer service - can't wait to get their amazing response.Review from Luis L

Liked the initial convenience of having ShotVet at ******** on ****************** in *************, **. First couple rounds of shots went great. On our last visit we asked about buying a years worth of flea, tick, and mosquito (what they called the trio). We paid for the years supply at the store during our visit on 06/08/24. The lady helping us did not confirm the address was correct before submitting the order and charging us. The address she used missed the unit number. She told us to call ShotVet at their 407 phone number. We called immediately but were unable to get through to anyone so we left a voicemail. We were told we'd receive the shipment within 3-5 days. We have not heard from anyone and still have not been able to speak with anyone at their number. The lack of communication and responsiveness is concerning, we hope we're just not out the $300+ it cost for the treatment...Customer Response

Update: I was able to get through to "someone" by using the chatbot on their website and asking to speak to a human. Through that I was able to add our unit number to the order. We received the treatment this past Monday. But the 1 year supply medication that arrived expires on 01/25 seeing that it's currently 06/24 only about half of the medication can be used before expiring. Also we only received 11 chewable tablets not 12. I received a call from ShotVet but wasn't expecting it so it went to voicemail. I've tried calling back but it's the same runaround on their automated phone service. You can never get through to actually speak to someone. I went the chatbot service again and was told the pharmacy would send out replacement medication along with a return label. But I haven't not see any tracking or heard from anyone any further. I've tried again to contact ShotVet today through their 407 with no luck.Review from Erin F

This company is absolutely horrible they con you into prepaying for a package. And I get there and was told my dog was too small to receive all shots had to do it in two visits when I went for the second visit they gave him the wrong shot also, I was told my dog needed boosters I made three appointments for the boosters the vet canceled all the events so now the first shot that was given was ineffective after this nightmare the company agreed to give me back my money but it's been 5 days and they've made no attempt to do so I'm on disability so I can't afford these shots again so my dog and I where put through h*** **************** is horrible since I'm in ************ and they're based out of ******* talk to three different people with no results. Don't use this company to save money you end up paying big time in the long run.
