    Waste Pro doesnt pick up the recycling nor the trash on time. Ive called three times this week and it Friday January 24th ************************************* front of my house when it was supposed to be picked up on Tuesday. Every other month is the same nonsense with them.

    The customers service day is on 1/21/25. The customer was serviced for one container of trash ( they only pay for one) but they put out two. However we did return on 1/25 to recover the 2nd container as a courtesy. I have included that work order as well. Please let me know if I can provide any other information.     "The City of *********, specifically ***************, stopped using Waste Pro as their trash collection service because the county commissioners decided not to renew their contract with Waste Pro due to proposed significant rate increases, choosing instead to go with a new provider, *** *********************** who offered a lower price and better service terms according to bids received; this decision was made after concerns about service quality and customer dissatisfaction with **********************'s proposed price hikes."I have unfortunately had to use this company for almost 10 years for trash, they constantly and consistently miss pickups. When I call to let them know I hear the same scripted lines, I'll forward this to dispatch and someone will be out. No one ever comes out, trash pickup missed Thursday, reported Friday, I call Monday and get the same lines and trash is picked up on Thursday (SOMETIMES) afterwards. I have 26 placed calls in my history for Q3 and Q4 2024. Spoken to two supervisors, asked for multiple supervisors who are somehow always OUT when I call.They credited two missed pickups for $1.50 each. What a joke. I paid $70 for 3 months of service (13 weeks). $5.38 per week and they miss almost 10% of all pickups, ever. I have never called for a missed pickup that was actually made up, but somehow they think $1.50 is enough. I have called 3 times in January with no resolution, only the EMPTY promise that someone will call me back (no one has called me back.) There is absolutely no accountability in this service nor company, I paid for years of service (because I had no other choice) and all I got was missed pickups, empty promises, and $1.50 for all the time I literally wasted expecting these people to do the right ******** mid December a supervisor told me he would credit me for two missed pickups, that was a lie. The city of ********* kicked them out, so now they feel like they don't have to do anything about this I suppose, zero integrity.

    The Division Manager ******* spoke to him and addressed his concerns.  They came to a mutual understanding on what he was looking for as a refund and his account has been credited . He is satisfied with the resolution.

    Account ******. 9/25/24 Called & spoke to ******. Notified them I was moving & needed to close my account. Told to email executed closing documents on my home to prove moving, takes 30 days to receive any refund due me. Did this on 10/23/24 email receipt received from ******** *** and advised termination of account being worked on. Refund Owed to me $53.61. Called Clearwater office 10/31/24 spoke w/********, advised account closed out and refund check would be sent by mail. Called again 11/15, 12/2, 12/3, 12/6, 12/9, 12/11 spoke *****, advised check mailed yesterday on 12/10. Emailed Executive *** Ten **** 12/23. EMd again 12/30 and included Execs **** *******, **** ******, **** **************** ********. Recd read receipts from all. No response. 12/31 spoke ****** then *** Cading, told me check was in the mail. 1/2/25 spoke to both again, still no check. 1/7 & 1/8 spoke *** again, no check. 1/9-called twice no call back. 1/10 Left message again for ***. Emailed Execs again. *** called 6:48pm said she must confirm check mailed was not cashed and can then send another. She first told me this on Jan 2nd. I want my refund of $53.61. I have copies of all emails and documents sent and notes on all my calls. I get told another version of when check was mailed or how long I need to continue to wait every time I speak with ***. I have asked for an overnight Fed Ex delivery of my refund. *** has no authority to do this and no one else I have contacted will step in and help. On January 23rd it will be 90 days since my 'proof' of moving was provided to them to close my account that was in good standing. I have went above and beyond to obtain the refund due me.

    Waste Pro processed the refund and mailed the check on January 3, 2025.  She should receive the check this week if she has not already.  Apparently there was some confusion with the check request but that was corrected and the check was processed.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have been told several times that a check has been mailed. It is being mailed from ********, Florida to **************************************** address. I have received no check. I understand that the ***************** is not as reliable as in year's past, however, I don't believe that it takes more than 10 postal delivery days to get from ******** to *************. (this time they are staying a check was mailed on January 3rd and it is now January 14th)

    I have asked repeatedly for an overnight delivery of my refund check as I was first told a check was mailed on December 10th by ***** ******** in **************** when I spoke with him on December 11th. That check never arrived either.

    Good morning, 

    I am still waiting for the latest refund check that they have stated they mailed to me from ********, Florida. They stated it was mailed on January 3rd per their response. The initial check I was told was mailed on December 10th and that one never arrived either. 

    Can my refund be sent some other way that the ***************** since that does not seem to be working?

    Apparently a wrong address was used to send payment and a new check has been cut and sent out via Fed ex track number 7717 2083 7517 to the address she provided to our Accounting department.  She should receive it by tomorrow.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  Thank you.

    Waste Pro sent me a bill for $847.92 today. I canceled their service last year in July (2024). When canceling I asked if there was anything further I needed to do to cancel and was told no. My account with them was paid in full and time I ended contract.Why am I being sent this bill when I canceled their services and have a different trash company that I have paid?This bill is incorrect. Also, there was no way to contact the company as they are closed outside my work hours and voicemail is full. No email is provided to contact them.

    The office Manager ****** has reached out to the customer and left message since it went to voicemail explaining that effective 1/1/2025, American Waste Disposal and Waste Pro have merged and that her invoice shouldve been for $423.96 for 2025.  She has a credit on her account of $253.02 sent over by American Waste Disposal and asked that she return my call in regards to this matter

    Waste Pro contacted me and told me it was an admin error on their end. **** was incorrect and nothing is owed. This is resolved. It was a confusion caused by the transfer of American Waste Pro, which they recently acquired.

    I don't use the company and i didn't sign up for there service but they sent me a bill. I do not even have a trash bin from them. I use a completely different company. When i try to call them using the number on the bill727-452-5278 to resolve the issue it just hangs up on me. I have also attached a picture of the company that i do use as proof. I can't also provide billing statements showing that i use another company for a long time.

    Customer has been contacted and he advised me that he found out that American Waste Disposal was bought out by Waste Pro and did not realize it until he received his invoice and Welcome Letter that he received.

    ************ did not renew their contract with Waste Pro trash services for the upcoming year. In August 2024 I was billed for the remainder of the year through Dec. 31st. The bill was paid. Waste Pro quit picking up our trash in mid Dec. They did not pick up recycling after Dec. 11th and trash after Dec. 18th. I called 3 times to get my trash serviced before our contract ended on the Dec. 31st. I was told they would send a truck and that never happened. It is now Jan. 4 and my trash still hasnt been picked up. I have requested a refund on Waste Pros website with no resolve. I have called the Asheville city manager also. I would like to be refunded for the services I did not receive from Waste Pro in December.

    My account has not been credited either. I no longer have an account with ********************** due to the fact that the contract ended in Dec. 2024. This bill was paid in August (8/2/24 for $94.64) with no credit given. I would however like a refund for the weeks that I did not receive service in December, after I paid for those services ahead of time.

    Basic details:*12/16 was my recycling day. They did not pick up the recycling, though they picked up the trash.*I called daily to request my recycling be picked up. Each time I was told they would pick it up either that date by 7pm or the next day. It was never picked up, necessitating repeated calls, waiting in their phone cue, to report this and only for them to repeat that it would be picked up. As of 12/27/24 it has still not been picked up.*During one of my calls on Friday 12/20 I was told that the recycling truck would not come and get it. However, I was instructed to be sure the recycling bin was at the street on Monday when my normal trash pick up is. I was told it would be picked up by the regular trash (rather than recycling) truck. It has not been picked up (though my trash was) as of 12/27.*At no time was there an apology from the customer service **** nor any commentary that provided any confidence in a resolution (which is backed up by the recycling still sitting at the street as I type this).What I want:1) The recycling picked up. Because it's full and our next recycling pick up is forthcoming they need to be willing to pick up twice the amount. This will require that some of my recycling is placed on the ground because the bin is full.2) I want a statement credit to account for a) the length of time the recycling has remained at the street and b) the amount of time I've had to take to repeatedly call and wait in their phone cue.

    chronic problems, Waste Pro avoiding picking up yard recycles in my ***** ZIP Code area! I addressed the issue and this is not concerning the holiday schedule. This is beyond the holiday schedule. This is consistent with their business practices of avoiding picking your recycles up! I have asked them to have a 2nd yard recycle bin free of charge because I have other things that need to be filled up in there and they are cause me delays and I clean up efforts!

    This complaint was about a yard waste container that is up to the resident to provide, he must have called customer service and was told we dont supply the containers.  He has an old  yard waste cart that was left from the previous contract, ***** went to house no one was home  and left a waste pro cart for yard waste. 

    This has been resolved we just have not spoken to the resident yet.

    Last two times they were scheduled to pick up our recycling, both times they picked up the trash and recycling and put it in the same truck. What's the point of separating the recycling out if you're just going to put it in the same truck as all the other trash?

    Close out the contract has ended . We were removing all containers per the County and the county is the one whom negotiated us picking them up at same time so the new company and Waste Pro could pick up and deliver carts in a timely fashion . No billing adjustment necessary.

    Waste Pro recycling has not picked up our recyclables for over a month along with everyone else on all the surrounding streets- they always say on the phone they will send someone out but no one ever shows and our trash/recycle area is beginning to look like a DUMP
