    I purchased a dvd from this company back in March and after a month, still did not receive it. I emailed them for a tracking number, but did not get a response. I disputed the charge with my bank, which unfortunately they denied. It looks like the movizeries website is finally shutdown now? Doesn't help me any now though. Never heard back, never received the dvd.

    I ordered The movie Bitter Blood order # ***** in May of 2022. I received an email on May 8th stating that they order was on its way. I never received it. I sent email to the company if I did not receive the movie I would report it to BBB. I never received the movie or a response to that email. I would like a full refund.

    I ordered a box set of DVD of the show California Dreams on June 5. I was excited to find this because I kept hearing that the final season was not released on DVD. I got a message on June 12 stating my order #XXXXX is on its way. It never arrived. When I click the link to view my order it says website not available. My credit card was charged $54 on the day of my order to a site called art2heart.com. This site also does not work. I would like to get a refund. Based on my research it shows this company is notorious for this.

    I ordered 2 dad's from Movizerie last month. They told me when they should arrive by. When I had not received them I sent them an email asking for status of order and got no response. I recently sent them another email just asking for my card to be credited and still have not heard from them. It is very frustrating, I just want my card credited.

    ordered a movie and never recieved it. no responses to my email. checked my account and i was charged $11.99 to art2heart.com under charitble donation. i made the purchase on 5/29 and it posted may 31st. i have emailed them repeatedly on the status after the 10 days they say it should be delivered. i have got nothing from them

    I purchased a DVD movie online from the business Movizerie on April 29 and was sent a email confirming my order and it stated it will be i will receive it within 10 business days. I've never received my movie and my debit card was charged the same day I ordered it. I've sent numerous emails and have gotten no response. There is no number associated with this business on its website to contact.
