    After Hurricane ******, our tree took down several sections of vinyl fence between our property and our neighbor. This business was recommended by our neighbor, who had contracted for a previous work order. *******, with Good Looking Fence arrived on October 16, 2024, and provided a written quote of $2600.00 to replace 80 feet of vinyl fence. Company required a deposit of $520.00 to place an order with their supplier. We paid the company on November 13, 2024 with a bank check #*** for the agreed upon deposit. I followed up the next week, to determine a schedule date. After numerous texts, calls and emails, ******* texted on December 4, 2024, that the supplier did not have the materials in stock, and was waiting for the delivery truck to come in from *******, **. As soon as the materials arrived, they would be right out to install. After a week, Dec 20, I texted for an update, and ******* said she would call supplier when they opened for business. That is the last I have heard from this company. Each time I call, I leave a voicemail, or their voicemail is full. They have not returned my calls or responded to my texts. I am ready to move on, and try to find a new Fence Company, but need my deposit of $520.00 returned.

    I did hear from Good Looking Fence Tuesday, January 14th. 
    The company owner called, me, apologized, and set up the Fence repair job for the next day.
    Both ***** and ******* arrived with a third ********* and completed the job to my satisfaction in less than three hours.
    ******* told me afterwards, that she would work hard to improve her communication skills, and told me to call for any followup issues.
    Thank you for reaching out to that company to lodge my complaint, and push them for a resolution.

    I was charged tax by a fence company which did a repair job for me after hurricane Ian or Nicole. (It was in October, 2022.) I have since learned that service companies and home repairs are not supposed to charge taxes. I was charged $178.64 in taxes. I wish to recover that amount. The total job was $2,552 plus $178.64 = $2,730.64. This was for 116' of six foot high chain link. I felt it was incredibly high for such a small section. Attached are my checks and invoices. The other amounts on the invoice are other estimates, if I decided to do other work. I did not opt to do so. Option No. 1 is the one I paid for.

    We utilized this company for wood fence installation for a 2 part project. The 1st part of the project approximately October 2022 went very well. However the 2nd part of the project completed December 2022 the labor team disregarded the existing property line and installed the fence improperly. To make matters worse the error has now impacted not only my property line but also my irrigation system for the lawn. Since the fence was not installed properly my irrigation system is now on the wrong side of the fence and in my neighbor's yard. I have made multiple attempts to contact the business in an attempt to see what pathway to resolving can be made, there has been no response. I've called, emailed, left messages and still no response of any kind from the owner or staff. I am highly disappointed and frustrated with the lack of integrity by this company. I unfortunately can not recommend using their services. We have spent over $4,000 with this company and as a result now have to spend more money to correct the problem they created, since they will not respond to our calls, emails or any other attempt at contacting them.

    Good Looking Fence installed three partial PVC fences in my property on 3/23/2022. I paid in full the amount of $1,666.25. Unfortunately, I wasn't home at the time of the installation and didn't notice that the partial fence that has the gate was installed WAY TOO LOW. As a result, the gate will not fully open and the lawn guy has great difficulties in getting the big lawnmower in my backyard. Now they are blaming my lawn guy for repairing the grass that Good Looking Fence damaged and did not repair. The gate would not open all the way from DAY 1 and had nothing to do with the lawn guy. Good Looking Fence sent one of his employees to switch the lock (they had installed the incorrect one). This employee said that the fence "was built too low. I'm not sure why they built it like that." Now they are refusing to come back to raise the fence.
