Phone number is unreachable trying to contact for several weeks now. I was told the water system can be transferred if I move and we are now paying for a system that we are not using do to False information to get a sale

I've been calling for months for them to come and service the water softener I purchased from them and I got no response, the unit is leaking profusely water I had to turn the water valve off, due to the cap and rubber boot leaking. I have tried repeatedly to call no answer business is very unprofessional Creston Hill who is the manager will not return phone calls this is a total scam I am not going to continue to pay for something without any service and now I find out that they have been shut down. I am still paying on the water system that I on longer want, this company is NO GOOD.STRAIGHT SCAMMERS, ALSO FOUND OUT THAT THE PRICING IS INCONSISTENT BETWEEN DIFFERENT CUSTOMERS IN THE SAME SUBDIVISION!!!!! Creston Hill is a scammer!!!!

I've been calling for months for them to come clean the water we purchased for them and I got no response, then I call back a week later to tell them to just come uninstall the water system that's when I found out they had been shut down. I am still paying on the water system that I on longer want, this company is NO GOOD.

I’ve been trying for months to reach out to this company and their phone number is now disconnected. My water system lid is damaged due to Hurricane Ian, and I currently have a trash bag covering the water softener. The outside sales rep never return my calls nor show up when I scheduled an appointment. I have the ultimate silver package from what they call it, and I have not been serviced. This is unacceptable, I need their suppliers contact information, so I can reach out to them and get the lid I need. This company is a disgrace and have no morals whatsoever.

same as below, we paid extra for the maintenance plan and can`t get ahold of them. Phone number disconnected. We had a leak under our sink, tried calling them and nothing. Thank God I was smart enough to fix the leak myself. We would like our money back . **** poor company.

I pay for a service contract with them and they consistently don't show up for the appointments. Their phone number is disconnected. They are scammers!

I've actually paid for the system in full, but have had nothing but negative experiences with their service/maintenance model. When I call for service someone also takes my contact info but no one ever calls back. Horrible service, indeed.

If I could give less than a star, I would. This company does not uphold their servicing agreements and therefore will have a class action law suit brought against them. When they've actually visited our property last year for servicing, they never notified us despite my wife and I advising them numerous times to have that done. They do an awful job at refilling our salt tank. Now, our system was supposed to be serviced in March 2022. However, the "new" manager, *****, came June 29 2022. Our tank needs a few 40lbs bags of salt to be filled. The guy only brought two 25 lb and advised that he'd be back the next day with an additional bag. That never happened. I've called their office multiple times and texted ***** since then to not only have my salt tank filled but to also have the water system checked because the water has become hard despite salt being added. NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL OR FOLLOWED UP. The salt system also does not seem to be releasing the backedup water based on the fact that THE WATER IS HARD. I had to refill my tank myself because they would not come back out. Each time I've called, I've gotten a different person who promises that a supervisor/manager will contact me but nothing. Their system is also extremly overpriced yet they cannot carryout a simple servicing. Other members in my community that have taken out a water system with this company has tremendously regretted using them because of the same issue and unfortunately had to turn to another company to service their system. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. THERE ARE SEVERAL COMMENTS HERE ABOUT THE SAME THING. PLEASE AVOID THE HEADACHE AND THE UNPROFESSIONALISM. PLEASE GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY!

I regret buying a water system from Excell Water System. I've been a loyal customer paying on time my bill. I also pay an additional cost to have my system maintained and salt provided. I do not receive the service I've paid for. When I call, someone always takes my contact information and I'm told someone will call me back but no one ever does. This is horrible service and breach of contract. Anyone seeking a service from this company, do not fall for their false promises.
