I have only the best things to say about TransMedCare. From the initial contact with Becky and Emma to the personal call from the owner, Andrew, everything about this company is what you would want and expect from a Medical Transport Team (or any business that works with people)!

My family was in a situation where we needed to quickly and safely get my Dad from Florida to North Carolina. We initially reached out on Memorial Day and heard back within an hour. Becky was friendly, understanding and accomodating. We were given all the information we needed to get things in line and there was no pressure to make an on-the-spot decision. After arranging all the details, we booked the medical transport without any issues.

On the day of the transport, Jason, Thomas and Norma arrived a few minutes early and were the perfect examples of what professional, caring and compassionate health care workers should be. It was clear to everyone in my family, including my Dad, that they had all done this before and knew exactly what had to be done. Throughout the 10 hour trip, we were given specific details of how the trip was going and we were also given an open line of communication to get in touch whenever we wanted. The team made a point to ask about my Dad's favorite music, shows and food...little things that made the world of a difference.

Upon arriving in North Carolina, everything went as smooth as could be. Everyone conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism the entire trip. I would recommend TransMedCare to anyone who is looking to transport a loved one. Their prices were more than reasonable and the service we received was outstanding.
