            Contacted local welder to build my company a fish rack. As I own a charter fishing company. All design said the job would talk a week to complete with installation. Which he got sick and took another week to finish the project. He said he might need a hand installing which I had someone there to help install. He put 4 out of 24 screws in and left said he had to order more s**** Next day he calls and says he needs payment. Job is not complete. Calle today Monday. Yelling and screaming. Saying he is going to kick my a** I went over and paid him the complete amount of moneys due. I show up to pay him and he still has anger in his eyes. Job is still not completed. This is not way to run a business. Ive had many other people say the same thing about all design. Threatened me and my co workers.

            and requests proof of payment provided under All Design *** latter head, signed by me ; ***********************!

            also requesting invoice stating in any shape and form a free installation or an installation ***luded with this job !

            this project was overseen by *********************************** partner

            I did the dry fit or courtesy installation on LanceDs property with ************ supervision and help. To make sure it fits and worked as described by me

            - it was excepted on site!

            Ive got text messages saying what a great job - yet no payment , june2.2024

            ************ Added a $1400.00 upgrade on this job also

            The ; $ 1300 deposit will not cover materials 100% !!!

             

            Unfortunately i cannot make a 150 lb 14 wide frame  levitate on your wall

            show proof - then continue with your slander!

            i did not say to kick your a** - when i try to get paid - i was raising my voice as you are, for sure

            later that day i did text ************ After not getting paid almost a week - i did say that silly kids like this dont need yelling - but an a** kicking- disrespectful younger generation!

            even though the signed invoice i have here states - agree to pay the full amount on the day of completion 

            same invoice saying it for about 15 years!
