            The reason for me reaching out to the company because I had an unopened unbox product that was not used or open in any kind of way the packaging label was still located on the box because it was never opened I asked if I could have a refund I was planning on using the funds that was used to go towards my account for product they don't have my size so at the moment I will just like a refund to the original payment method I reached out there was no response and when there was a response I was told I'll receive a gift card I have no plans on buying anything from that company because I asked for the original payment method and the representative seems as if they're trying to fight me by telling me no I cannot have it the way that it was paid for there's no such thing the website does not state that I cannot have my refund in the original payment method

            To Whom It May ****************** policy states that Gels are not returnable or refundable.  Please see our return policy at  ************************************************

            Customer sent the Bottled Gel opened and used.  We offered a gift card and additional values to keep the customer happy. However, to be nice to our customers we applied a full refund for the gel to the customer on May 5, as per the attachment log of this customer's purchase for your review.

            I placed an order with paying for rush shipping/processing of the next day and still havent received my item. When I contacted them I was pretty much told I would just have to wait for it to show up. The tracking hasnt moved since the 18th from their warehouse. Order number c7292e

            This complaint does not belong to Curveez but to another company much similar in name.   The user complaining does not exist in any of our records as shown on attachment named BBB1.JPG and BB2.png.  Also, our service department contacted the complainer and responded with an apology claiming that it was a mistake as shown on attachment BBB3.JPG.   Please help close and eliminate this complaint from our records as it does not belong to our company.

            Also,  for future complains it would be great if copies of sales and tracking number receipts are attached for faster research or the domain purchased for filtering the correct company applying the complaint. Thanks
