My delivery experience was wonderful! They called me 30-minutes prior to confirm arrival and installed the appliances (on the second story) quickly and quietly. I highly recommend this company.

I ordered an oven and given the only option of **** delivery window 5/31. After taking a day off, I get a call from the third party delivery service "Retail Direct" that my order was on standby and I would receive a call once they got a new truck. I received a call just before 12 that it was on a new truck and would arrive between ****. I called at **** and was told I was stop 5 and the truck was in transit to stop 4. At **** I called Lowes and all they could tell me was my order was in transit, "can I help you with anything else?", you didn't help with anything first. I called Retail Direct back and they now claim my order is still on standby and the truck is not moving. They have no delivery time, no other information, and will call back if they need to reschedule. I advised him I can't take another day off when no one can give a firm delivery time. You should read the other reviews on the ************, ** ****** website before spending your money there on a much needed appliance. It is 6 now and no call back, no appliance. I think they only give you a delivery date to get the business from *********** At least with ********** you know when you will get your purchase. My ****** purchase is *** and no one can tell me any day or time it may arrive, not *********************** not ********************** who claims to have it on a truck.

Horrible experience. Damaged our floor during delivery and the back and forth to get this resolved is out of control. Asking if we have a receipt for the floor, floor came with the house we bought and it wasnt damaged prior to their delivery and haul away. Called CS, they lied about my phone being unreachable , then I called and asked for a supervisor and got little to no where. This post isnt going to do anything other than see they are an issue, but there is no accountability and recourse for the customer and end consumer

My local home improvement store informed me they no longer do business with Retail Direct due to the volume of complaints.Purchased a refrigerator from my local Home Improvement Store on 15 March 2023. Had attempted to schedule a delivery 3 times. Excuses provided: store over booked, it was my fault (they rescheduled delivery on a day I would not be home...while talking to me on the phone. I said no, not home that day. They said, my problem and need to take that up with my store) and lastly the workers all went home (heard later the workers walked off the job when they heard RD lost the contract). This should the RD issues with my local store. The store went back to making their own deliveries.

I was threatened by my contractor with physical violence over the phone because I wouldn't work after my paycheck had been coming up short then they lost the contact and ran off with everyone's pay what a joke of a company

Got tired of the excuses. Cancelled my lowes order. Got refund. Went to Home Depot. Just had our new refrigerator delivered. Perfect and On time.

After deciding that working around drugs and people drinking and driving they made up a random claim to not pay me my last days pay . Used and abused me . The ****** lowes allows drugs in there trucks but I wont be around it . Stole 120$ from me that I will prob never see . The ppl running that location is ******************************* .

If I could give no stars, I would. I would give negative stars if possible. These jokers have the worst track record in the moving business and then ****** decides to team up with them so they can get even more complaints about the damages they cause to homes and appliances. The shipping isn't free, it costs you mental anguish, scratched floors, damaged appliances, and a whole lot of lies. They will gas light you. They will lie and say they're going to drop off between 1pm and 4pm, but never show up or don't bother knocking on the door but take a picture of the house they're "delivering" to to prove they were there, but there's no time or date associated with those pics so it was probably from the first people who attempted to install our fridge. They will scratch your hardwood floors and then deny it happened while there were 4 witnesses. I've met 7 of their employees so far and only 2 seemed somewhat competent. ****** needs to end the partnership they have going on with these people before they really s**** something up and is lowers ****** reputation even more. Retail Direct LLC might as well replace most of their current employees with sacks of cow manure because you'll get about the same customer service and friendliness out of both oth them. How can scam businesses like this stay in service?

We purchased a dishwasher from Lowes two weeks ago and it was scheduled to be delivered today. We received a call last night that our delivery window would be between 8 am and 12 pm. After waiting almost nine hours, we called Lowes and they told us that we were the last stop of 13 deliveries. Hmm, then why didnt they call to update. At 5:30 pm today, it arrives. The driver never called to say, Im sorry but you are the last delivery and your dishwasher wont be delivered between the original scheduled window. I cannot believe ***** uses this company for their delivery service. After this mess today, and if Lowes continues to use Retail Direct, we will take our business elsewhere. Our situation doesnt sound as bad as some, but someone needs to tell Retail Direct to train their employees to do a better job at communicating with customers. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

8-23-2022 they made a delivery for Lowes and in the process hit and tore down my overhead power line. This caused damage to my house, power box, and scratched the heck out of the sides of my new truck. The knuckle heads grabbed the down live sparking wire and drug it across their truck and split. Retail Direct says they were not at fault but we will see what a Judge says when I take them to court. Don't let ***** make a delivery to your house!!!
