Our commercial Truck was towed to their shop for parked forced region code on June 25,2022 in the afternoon and they told the drive that they were busy and will let you know the problem by tomorrow. The driver called the next day and got answer that its Sunday today, so we will diagnose the problem on Monday. The driver visited the shop Monday morning around 9am, they said truck is repaired, you can take it. They gave the driver invoice of ******* US dollars to pay in order to take the Truck and trailer from their yard. The mechanic said the *** unit was defective and they replaced and programmed to fix the truck. When the driver asked for the replaced part, they said if you want that then you have to pay 800 dollars more. When we agreed to pay that then they said, it had been sent to the dealer to get the new one. When we asked about the warrant on the new part (***) that they put in the truck, they said, we do not give warranty in writing. They forced us to pay that money to get our equipment. When our truck reached back at home terminal in ******. We sent the truck to the dealer from where we bought the truck. The dealer checked and gave us the picture of the *** (Truck computer) and told us that the truck has its original *** with the truck VIN number on it. Nothing was changed. This mechanic shop did clear fraud with the driver to cheat the money from us. We did the complaint to the ******** of *********** Florida for this repair fraud but this shop refused to answer them. May be they did this knowing that we are a ******** company and wouldn't be able to come in ******* to resolve it. Please help ** or let us know, how can we proceed to get our money back and aware the other people from such repair frauds. Thanks.
