  01/27/2023 aprox 6pm I was stuck with a flat tire. I call my insurance company (Geico) they put me through to Rainbow Roadside. Two men came out on a car. One told me "the most dangerous thing in your car is the spare." because of that statement I agreed to have my tire patched. The next day when I got in my car I noticed the tire light was on, I thought that maybe they didn't fill it all the way. I added air. the morning after that 01/29/2023 I woke up to find the tire completely flat. I called Rainbow they said that they would have to send out the exact same guys and if they found the problem to be anything other then the exact thing they already did it would cost me $50. After thinking about it and feeling it was very scammy I went and bought a $30 tire pump. I called them to tell them not to come that I would take the car to a tire shop. the women on the phone (Kimberly) said "they didn't solve your problem, i'm going to get you your money back. This isn't how we do business." I never head back from her when I called to find out What was goin on I have been given the run around, too many excuses to list. 02/02/2023 I called Geico, they contacted rainbow for me and were told that I would get my money back on Friday. 02/09//2023 Still have not heard form them, I called a man got on the phone told me he was the manager and he knows nothing about it and Kimberly had no authority, was a complete bully and hung up on me. I called Geico again to let them know that i was now being told that they needed to look into me whether they want to give me my money back. I realize at this point that rainbow has basically stolen my $70. The place I took my tire to said that they put an unsafe patch on and the type of patch job is not considered safe to drive on, they guy said"that tire will be good for a long time." I would like my $70 back and I think it is important to warn other people about this company taking advantage of people who are stranded with their car.
