    This is the most garbage *** company. They don't care about their customers. They've created a mediocre product that dies in less than 24 hours. Every single one I buy is DEFECTIVE. Their products leak, they don't last. Clogged burnt. On top of that they only offered 4 reimbursements even though nearly EVERY SINGLE BIDI I BUY HAS A DEFECT. Yet they cost anywhere between 10-15 dollars. Now recently, their reimbursements page is down. I asked since last year to be reimbursed for their ****** effing product to which they told me they don't know when the page will be back up but I will be contacted when it is. Fast forward to now, we're halfway through the year. I don't think they plan on doing reimbursements anymore. I think they will continue to sell their defective trash. They don't offer credits to the stores that even sell their products knowing they're garbage so the stores never want to refund you or replace them when they defect but the company don't want to refund you. Nor have necessary adjustments been made to the product to increase its reliability. They suck. I will never buy anything associated with this company again. I want some type of compensation back even if it is a measly 20 dollars even though I've spent well over HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS ON THIS STUPID ** VAPORIZER. I HATE YOUR CEO OR WHOEVER HEADS THIS COMPANY YOU ARE THE WORST. *** *** * ***** ** *** *****. FIX THE PROBLEM OR REIMBURSE YOUR CUSTOMERS WHO LINE YOUR POCKETS.

    Good day! Thank you for informing us regarding the matter.

    We do admit that we put a limit on rebates of reported non-functional bidi sticks to avoid potential abuse. We notify clients on their first report of this limitation.  

    We provided client ******* of the four rebate links on the 14th of September 2022. 

    On to the second concern, due to significant decrease in report of non-functional bidi sticks, we had to recreate another guideline to respond to this. We were no longer able to provide the rebate process option, however we are monitoring the reports and once we have the final guideline, we will advise the clients.

    I have purchased over 20 products from this company that were faulty. Several months ago I had a small issue of 4 faulty items and it was resolved after having to constantly stay on top of it on my end. Now with hundreds of dollars invested in products that seem to be unsafe, I have attempted multiple times to contact them with no response.

    We looked into your concern and we apologize that we are no longer able to offer additional rebates. As discussed in our prior correspondences with you, we are only able to cover four reported defective bidi sticks per client per year. We purposely inform our clients of such limitation.

    Although we are unable to offer more rebates for the additional reported defective bidi sticks, we would like to look more into your safety concerns. We would highly appreciate if you will provide us with more information regarding the matter.

    I understand the company's policy, but I do not understand how they are able to sell hundreds of faulty products with no retribution.

    A quick ****** search will show that multiple people have the same issue and they're still operating as usual.

    I know my local stores I've spoke to vow to not carry their products anymore.

    This company will not refund customers for faulty products, have directed their vendors to not accept returns/exchanges, and is falsely advertising a recycling/rebate program. Their vendors have provided their contact information and stated that refunds would be provided through the company. After many attempts and months of attempting to contact the company, they finally agreed to provide a refund for up to only 4 items, even though I had valid receipts for at least 19 faulty products. Further, their product is still being sold with an insert outlining a recycling program that indicates they will send you a label to return the used products for a voucher for a free product (see attached insert). I have requested this online and never received the label. When I inquired about this program, I was told that it had been discontinued. The product is still currently being sold with this information, and my unanswered request had been submitted long ago. I did receive $40 from them for 4 items, but I don't understand why they will not refund the remaining faulty products that I have in my possession, as well as honor their recycling program for the used products that I have in my possession as well.

    I've used bidi sticks for about 2 years now. In the beginning I never had an issue, this past year I started dealing with "duds". It was annoying because bidis are expensive but it only happened maybe 10-20% of the time. The past 2 months, the amount of duds I buy has dramatically increased. Everytime I go to buy one, I get 2 and >50% of the time one of them won't work. It's ridiculous. I've reached out to bidi and have had no response

    I purchase many Bidi sticks disposable vapes and many (up to half a box of 10) each order is dead on arrival. I've reached out to the company many times to no avail. They tell me that I don't purchase from an authorized retailer which is "****!". There is no authorized retailer since there only one is "go puff" which is a delivery service like************ and is not available to me in my area. I've sent them pictures of all the UPC codes of the dead sticks, but they won't stand behind their product. These items are 12-17 dollars apiece so throwing away good money each time is not acceptable and has amounted to several hundred dollars! This happens consistently and is not just once in a while. This company is NOT reputable whatsoever.

Purchasing the Bidi Vapor from other online retailers means that the product is considered counterfeit, subject to legal action, and we cannot give money back on these known fakes. These sites do not have age-verification measures, violating the Bidi Vapor Wholesaler and Retailer Agreement that should comply with all federal, state, and local restrictions, including home delivery, and employ valid ID checks. In addition, we have store locator on our website for the client to check what physical stores are authorized. As for reported defective bidi sticks from our legitimate sources, we do have a rebate process in place where we provide credits as long as the client is able to present the requested information from them. As much as we are grateful for customers patronizing our product, we do not condone illegal marketing and selling of such. I've gone above and beyond reaching out to them, including sending detailed pictures of all the ups codes on the faulty bidi sticks. I've also offered in the past to send in the sticks to them but they declined helping me then in any way and so I decided to voice my complaint on this site. I would expect them to reach out to me via my email address to continue this conversation so that I don't have to complain again so for now, I will accept their response in good faith that they will reach out to me.

    Bidi Vapor ghosts and steals from their customers. I buy Bidi sticks on a regular basis in the flavors Regal and/or Tropic. I've been buying them off and on for about a year and half now. They're great...when they work. I always buy two when I do buy them because ½ the time they don't work. It happens SO often that the two businesses I would buy them from no longer let you return them for replacement or reimbursement. You have to contact Bidi Vapor directly. So, I call and there's no answer. I leave a message, and no one gets back to me. I've emailed and no one's responded. I have an email dated January 12th of 2022, that said I had a "Help Desk Ticket" that says it's "solved", and I've never heard anything from anybody, received replacements nor reimbursement. There's no customer service to speak of, so there was nowhere else to turn except the BBB. I've never seen anything like it. They're ripping off people and no one seems to care because "you shouldn't be doing this anyway." Ok, but what they're doing is still ILLEGAL. They are selling products that don't work and then don't reimburse or send a replacement. I just bought one today. It didn't work. I bought two last week. One worked and the other didn't. I've looked everywhere to see how I could fix it myself, but it doesn't work. They're $10.99 a piece. I buy one every 1-2 weeks. So I've probably spent around $350 - $600 over the last year. Half of it's for nothing. That's theft.

In this case, we found out that the client sent an email pertaining to a request for a refund for two defective bidi sticks purchased. The email was dated the 13th of January 2022 and placed under Ticket Number:******* Attached to the email is a copy of the receipt and information from the packaging of the reported bidi sticks. On the 20th of January, the client made made a follow-up on the same request but never received a reply. The same ticket was then worked on by one of our agents on the 24th of May 2022. This was indeed a miss on our end, however, it was not intentional. We sincerely apologize. Based on the timeline, there were a couple of changes that the company undertook early this year. We will be vigilant on things like this moving forward. What we can offer is a rebate for the reported defective sticks, wherein we provide credits through client's******* or****** account.     I'm a regular user of bidi sticks because they're one of the only flavored vapes available near me. The Valero where I buy them from used to replace defective bidi sticks for free but were told to stop because of the number of returns and free vapes they were having to give out. On average 3 out of every 10 don't work fresh out of the package. This is extremely unprofessional for a business to regularly sell defective products with no consequence. They reply to every post on here with the same generic response but clearly this is a widespread problem that they're doing absolutely nothing to remedy. I'm not sure how a business gets away with continuously selling faulty products.

    I have been buying Bidi Sticks for a couple years now. I typically spend over $100.00 worth of vapors and typical order every two weeks or so. I have been running into a problem with the Bidi Vapor Sticks. When they arrive several of them are "duds". When the flavor was still "kickstart" this did not seem to be an issue but once I started receiving the "Summer" flavor it seemed to happen more and more often. The other night I had two in a row that were completely dead, that is super frustrating when I spend so much money with your company. When I reported this to your company, you did absolutely nothing for me. You did even acknowledge my frustrations or the amount of money I spend with your company. I saved every single one of them that arrived dead, you can tell because it won't even light up a little and still weighs more than the ones that work. This is extremely disappointing & frustrating. This company is a scam.
