    I placed an order on Wednesday, June 5th. My Dad waited around all day Friday and then they tried to deliver it at 7pm. They knocked once, my dad was in the backyard, they left a note for him to go pick it up himself. He tried to call them a few minutes later and no answer. He called them and waited on hold for over an hour the next day and still NO ONE ever answered the line. I was out of town, and I called and tried to leave a message and waited one hold multiple times for over 20 minutes over and over again, still no one ever answered the line. I guess they are in the business of taking your money, and never delivering the item and then never answering your phone calls. I even wrote two emails, and still nothing! This is terrible service, and I cannot believe this location is still in business if this is how they run things over there. Still waiting for a phone call, after spending $90!!!!! I feel really sorry for the next customer. I will never waste my money or time with Edible Arrangements ever again.

    I placed my order to be delivered on Mothers Day 5/12. As of 5/20 I have the order has not gone out and the store will not return my calls, voicemails or emails. Total scam!

    They dont do what they advertise, they delivered the product 3 days late for Mothers Day and I will never do business with them again . We when over the place and they told us it would be delivered that day, it was delivered the next day and half the flowers were dead.

    Absolutely horrible business. Ordered a bouqet for valentines that did not get delivered ,called but no-one answers the phone, so we left two messages but we never received a response.Finally i visited business on a monday , spoke to an associate who pulled up order, verified it was not processed, and told me i would receive a refund the following day when owner came in .I was even given a signed receipt with refund to be issued note on it .I was ensured i would get a call following day , that never happened !I went back on the thursday 22nd feb and the owner was present , would not issue refund and miraculously the computer now showed a delivery ************* that were not there on the 19th !Aboslutey disgusted by the ethics of this business, i wish there was an option to give less than one star !STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS !!

    Awful customer service. Order a fruit bouquet for my sick friend. Was emailed on day 1 that there was a problem, on day 2 email stated delivered. I spoke to friend a few days later only to be told NO DELIVERY was made. Called this store multiple times , no response. Called corp. multiple times, no response. Finally reached nice girl at my local location who helped track someone down in corp., who called as said someone from the ********* store will be calling....... still waiting. Disputing charges with my Cash APP card, hopefully will have full refund. DONT ORDER if you want good customer support and contact . This location leaves alot to be desired, and completely disappointed in the lack of concern.

    ZERO STARS! Order placed for delivery on 12/26/22. Order never delivered, received a text that it was going to be late a day or two. 12/31 called to check on order as still not delivered or any contact from store. No answer and no return to my voicemail. 1/5/23 called store again, still no delivery and still no return call. THIEFS! They had no trouble taking my money but couldn't follow through with the order. Luckily my bank will get the money back with my evidence showing no delivery and no return comms. This place should be investigated as it seems it's a common issue.

    On June 22nd I placed an online order for a birthday arrangement for my wife to be delivered that day. I received a order confirmation email and the funds was pulled from my account. There was no delivery that day so I went to the local store the next day ( the 23rd) and spoke with one of the kitchen employees, he said the my order might be out for delivery. My wife and I waited all day and still no delivery. So my wife and I went to the local store the next day ( the 24th) and spike with the corporate and the kitchen employee again. And got nothing resolved. Corporate can't get ahold of the store nor the store manager, the kitchen employees don't have access to the registers to issue refunds. The kitchen employees don't call the store manager to inform of any issues with customers. Everything in the store that is sold on the counters are expired. I just want a refund and it seems as if I can't even get that

    I placed an order on Friday, April 1, 2022, to be delivered on Saturday, April 2, 2022. It was never delivered. I received a text the next morning (Sunday) and was told the company had "weather and system issues" and was asked if my order could be delivered that day (Sunday). I sent a text and said that was fine. They sent me a text back and advised me that they will have it "on today's delivery". Again, this was on Sunday, April 3, 2022. They also advised me that my order would be put on "priority". I sent them a text at 3:18 p.m. to check on a possible delivery time. I never heard back from them and my order was never delivered. This was a birthday gift for a very loved and cherished person, and I was deeply hurt by this company's total disregard of their customers. I will never order from this company again. I will wait today (Monday) and see if I receive my money back on my credit card. I think this store is a total SCAM!
