We value her support, and there were no strings attached to her investment. Despite the absence of any specified dates in the agreement, we are unsure about the current situation. To address any concerns, we encourage ***** to review the contract she signed. Before considering any further steps, understanding the terms outlined in the agreement is essential

    I ordered a product from this company on January 29th. I have ordered with them before and have had minimal trouble, but nothing to this extent. After a few weeks, I emailed asking when my order would be shipped. The response was, it's on its way. The status of the order was changed that day to ship. Ten days later, I contacted the company to check on delivery again, and the response that I was given was, "15 days as we are bombarded with orders." It has been over six weeks since the order was placed, and I was charged. I have no product so I tried one more time to reach out to get shipping details and was given, "Be patient, it is coming." I am now disputing this charge with my credit card company. I don't think Arkay ever had any intention of shipping this product and were sitting on my money. They eventually said, go ahead and file your dispute.

    On May 6, 2023, I ordered a 3-pqck of bottles of their zero proof Canadian whiskey., order #****. They took $127.00 from my credit card as soon as they received the order. All I've ever heard from them is that the order is "processing." I've tried to call the customer service number multiple times, and it rings once and goes to a busy signal. I've filled out an order inquiry on their site two times, and I have not heard anything from them I would like for either the product to be delivered, or my $127.00 refunded.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
    However, I reserve the right to renew this complaint, if I don’t receive my products in a timely fashion. I will allow them 7-10 business days to have the product delivered to my home.
