JW Handyman Services & Home Renovations were invaluable, and we are extremely pleased with the final results of TWO complete bathroom remodels. Jeremy used workmen who were knowledgeable, skilled, and competent in their respective trades. They were conscientious about following project specifications, and their work product rarely needed improvement or revision. They whom Jeremy utilized were professional, reliable, courteous, and respectful of our property and privacy. They had excellent work habits, strong safety orientation and emphasized getting the job done right rather than doing it quickly. Jeremy’s prior experience was invaluable. He remained closely involved in overseeing the project from start to finish. His work ethic, excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and commitment to follow-through are assets which enabled him to juggle the extensive details involved in our project without “missing a beat”. Throughout the project, we were impressed with Jeremy’s commitment to generating a top quality product, rather than maximizing his profit margin. When situations arose where extra work needed to be done Jeremy either took care of it without charging us extra or involved us in an informed decision about increased costs so that the solution was fair to all parties. Jeremy and his wife kept us closely informed of his work crews’ schedules, delivery dates, and projected completion dates of the different phases. Always answers his cell phone, or returned calls within hour. Never a single miscommunication. His work crews was equally effective. As customers we felt Jeremy delivered exactly what he had promised, and advertised at the agreed upon price. Jeremy is a rare find today - he is a man of integrity whose word is his bond. I can't say enough greatness about these people and his company. I called for a free quote on a couple projects that I had in mind to do and never could find anybody to do it over a year. JW was supposed to come out and give me my free quote on this particular morning I had a terrible emergency which ended up being what I explained to him on the phone before he got here me thinking something to do with my water heater. It sounded like water underneath my trailer and it sounded like it was just pouring. He got Mark to drop what he was doing and rush over here to check out my problem and sure enough my water heater was spewing water everywhere all different directions. He got on the phone with JW told him I needed a new water heater they got right on it and his lovely wife and gave me a very good cheap price with everything included that they did for me understood my whole situation and got to doing it the very next morning it was all said and done installed and everything. That being said I had already been on the phone the previous evening trying to find somebody to even come out and check what was going on and nobody absolutely nobody would come for this that or the other reason. This is a great group of guys great company. They're very understanding that people are having it rough especially this day and time can't afford much especially myself being disabled. Just an outstanding company to deal with. Great communication constantly and even after the job was done he still called me to make sure everything was going okay. I would recommend him to anybody.
