    Around May 16 my AC quit. On recomendation of a friend I called Rob M**** at Moore Air & Mechanical. He came right out and said I needed a new fan Motor and a leak soldered and a new dryer. He said $1500 (and like a dummy I offered 1400 cash which he took). he did some soldering and tinkered and fired it up. I paid him. In the night it quit again. He came back, took one look, and said oops, I forgot to put on the new motor. (?) He went to get one, brought it back, and said oops, it wont take a standard motor. Must order one from Trane. Will take 5 days. He promised it on 23rd. Texted him 26th. On 27th said he would send tech to install. Never showed. May 31 by text he said he would install that day and said YOU HAVE MY WORD. He never responded again to multiple texts. I offered to meet him anywhere and pick up motor. No response. Gave up. Got somebody else he looke at it and said I got cheated. A Trand could not be soldered and the dryer he "replaced" was simply wrapped with thick sticky goop to hide it. And of course the fan motor was missing. He said it never should have been attempted to fix it. He replaced entire unit on the 8th of June. 23 days without air because I kept giving him the benefit of doubt. He said his wife would send me a receipt via email which never came. So the only proof I have is the sticker he put on the unit (actually just a photo I took of it and a long series of texts. So I don't expect I can recover anything.

    On November 3, 2021 ********************* entered into a contract with Moore Air & Mechanical, Inc for the installation of an HVAC systems at a commercial property. A deposit of $35,419.50 was given to Robert Moore to proceed with the installation. Continuous communication with Robert Moore regarding the installation occurred from November 2021 through March 15, 2022. Each time we were given a different time for installation and continuous excuses as to why the installation was not complete. We have attained information that as of March 15, 2022 the equipment has not been paid for and has been sitting in a warehouse since December 2021. We have requested immediate repayment of our deposit of $35,419.50 and we have not received anything nor any installation. This person is a thief and we need our money back to complete this project.
