Florida state construction and owner ***** were a godsend to our commercial condominium project after a major fire to the entire building. We changed builders 3 times during the 16 month project and ***** and FSC saved the day. Working with multiple owners, all who had no idea how to navigate after such a tragedy, we were in dire straits. ***** was easy to work with, worked within our budget and couldnt be more patient or helpful. It was truly a pleasure to work with someone who took the helm and made this project work and get completed. He is communicative, responsive and got this job completed. If we hadnt found ***** we would have been in the s****** for sure. He was able to work with a group of people that werent the easiest to work with. If you have a project of any type I highly recommend *****. Thank you for all your help in making us get back to business.Review from Ted G

I highly recommend this very professional company. I had my old bathtub converted to beautiful walk-in shower. On schedule and very thorough. I look forward to having other remodeling work done by Florida State Construction.Florida State Construction, LLC Response
