    I ordered lip balm from LaLa Leaf. The second time I did, I tried other colors. I have not used them up and I wrote to say I didn't need any more at this time and to not renew the order until such time as I DID need *******, I cancelled this supposed "subscription" well before the "renewal date". I sent this request repeatedly and have never received a response of ANY kind at all.And then on August 7th, I was charged $64.00. I was not informed that I had to receive my second order an additional time - a repeat of what I'd ordered - before I was allowed to cancel. I only discovered this by reading similar complaints on this website. Not only do I believe I should not have been charged, but since they did, why didn't I receive their product? I have not received ANY kind of communication whatsoever from this company. They simply ignore you. I have reached out over and Over and OVER AGAIN, by using their contact form on their site and by phone and again, they simp[ly do not respond in any way at all. And It is now August 19th. I'm finally writing to you instead.

    Hi ******,

    This customer signed up for a 4 month subscription order on 4/6/2024. Her 2nd subscription order shipped on 8/6/24. It looks like the customer refused delivery of the 2nd order (address 1st order and 2nd order are the same).  We never received this order back. Below is the tracking information. This customer also disputed this order and we authorized the credit card company to return her money even though we never received our products back.

    The matter is resolved in terms of the refund since I never should have been charged. But as for the rest of it?  

    They claim that I refused a delivery and they didn't receive their product back. That is utter nonsense. I NEVER REFUSED A DELIVERY. I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT I DIND'T ORDER WHICH THEY CLAIM THEY SENT. I work during the day and would not have even been home to refuse this fictitious delivery.

    So, I never got what I never ordered, which they claim they sent, but was charged for it nonetheless, and despite multiple efforts on my part to communicate with them, I didn't receive a reply of any kind until now. 

    At this point, having been reimbursed for what I was charged, I appreciate that and consider the matter settled.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    It is satisfactory to me in terms of having been reimbursed money I should never have been charged.

    However, the false claim that I refused their delivery and they never got their product back? That is a complete nonsense.
