    This company will not stop texting me. I asked to be removed from the systems call list and the company made another sales pitch. I asked them to stop contacting me and this was the reply Ok I understand. But it would make more sense for you to be able to use your money to invest it as you see fit Wouldn't you rather have a real safety net with a tangible asset that way you always have control over your money?I told them to stop texting me. A few minutes later I received a text from another number and when I asked them to stop texting me they simply replied "no"

    To start I am on the federal do not call list. In spite of this they have contacted me multiple times. I also told them to stop calling this line, i am not interested and they continue to do so (also illegal). I dont have the time to record there calls and have them prosecuted for this but its absolutely ridiculous. I run a business and my phone constantly being tied up by their marketing calls is unacceptable.

    We have received multiple letters, the most recent one being today (12/06/2022) from this company. They send letters claiming its from their Research and ******************* and that our settlement is being audited. They put notes saying its urgent and that we need to call them, all while hiding their real business name.Their whole letter is a lie. Our settlement isnt being audited. I believe they are wanting to scare us into selling our settlement to them. We have never worked with this company, nor should they have our information. Their letters are a scam.

    Unsolicited mail that doesn't identify the company sent to me claiming my structured settlement has been flagged for ******************** The verbiage and tone used, made it seem as if I didn't contact them, my payments would be in jeopardy. This is a manipulative scare tactic attempting to get people to call their company so, they can make a sales pitch. Unethical!!

    I sold my structured settlement payments. The judge approved for me to sell my payments on March 21st. I have yet to receive my money. They will not answer my calls or messages.

      The customer's ******************** was approved and released to her by ACH today.  Proceeds should be available in her bank account tomorrow, or at the date prescribed by her financial institution. Accordingly, the matters concerning the Complaint of the Consumer have been resolved.  We are thankful for the opportunity to serve her needs and apologize for any delays she may have experienced. Thank you.
