I advise you not to consider hiring PMI SUNSHINE STATE in your condominium. Several certified mail letters, even a court server, which they signed for, were sent, but they still have not responded.Directed by the board, ****** Darchy refused to remove illegal fines that the former manager assessed only to me, even though my attorney and I wrote several certified mail letters that went unanswered. Furthermore, PMI Sunshine State added the fines to my maintenance payments, ignored other board members and owners violations, and did not accept my board candidacy.Several record requests were made since 7-4-23; however, to this day, I have yet to be able to inspect the requested official documents.PMI Sunshine State continues to hold some meetings where a board vote is required at hours when unit owners cannot attend. ****** does not turn on the camera to show his face during the sessions; they only provide online options, and formal voting has occurred. PMI collected a special assessment of $20K per unit in January 2024. However, more than three months later, the construction has yet to commence.PMI Sunshine State has not taken care of safety issues like roof water intrusion damages and construction materials, scaffolding renting & plywood railings on all six floors since 2018. (Please see the photos)They tell the community they are working on the safety construction projects. Still, when you check the *********** website, the projects are on APPLY status but not ISSUED, permits have expired, Special Master cases are accumulating fines, and they keep requesting extensions for several unsafe structure violations.This company held a board meeting on March 27, 2024, to reassign my parking space, but PMI didnt respond when I asked them in writing to provide the reason. I emailed them the morning before the meeting, informing them that parking spaces in our building were appurtenant to the units, but they ignored the email.

I have had the pleasure of living in a condo building managed by PMI Sunshine State and Thomas Darcy. They are extremely attenuative of the building's needs and are quick to reply to any concerns the unit owners may have. Although we are experiencing the drama of having a "condo commando" ruining it for the rest of the owners, PMI has handled the situation very professionally and competently. Hip, hip hooray to PMI Sunshine State Mgmt!!
