            We were scammed by a company called Orasempre in *****,***** September ******.We cancelled the products immediately in person when we saw the receipt said ******.We thought it had been *****! The manager promised a refund but instead shipped the products to our shipping company in Ft Lauderdale Fla through an **************** called Zero Gravity in *****,Fla.We paid our shipping company to return the products to the sender,Zero Gravity but they refused to accept them.I called and emailed Zero Gravity but they refuse to help me.OrasempreCapri never responds to any of our emails to resolve this.I put a dispute, now fraud charge against ********* with our credit card September 3.We are in the process now. We need Zero Gravity to receive these unordered and unwanted, cancelled products the way the other company ********* used,*********** in ********** did when we returned the products to *************** of Zero Gravity told me that I need to contact the vendor which is impossible and that they can't help us.

            Unfortunately, as the purchase was made directly through *********, we do not have access to your purchase details or transaction information in our system. Since we did not process the sale or receive any funds for this transaction, we are unable to issue a return or refund on our end.
            To resolve this matter, we kindly recommend contacting Orasempre in Capri directly. They will have the necessary purchase information and be able to assist you with your request for a return or refund.

            Zero Gravity states that they have no money from OrasempreCapri but that can't be true.OrasempreCapri ordered the merchandise from Zero Gravity to have shipped to us from the US.ZeroGravity wouldn't ship anything to us if they were not paid for the ************ would ZeroGravity have our shipping information otherwise? We do not want the merchandise since we cancelled the purchase immediately with Orasemprecapri.OrasempresempreCapri refuses to answer us so we cannot go to them. ZeroGravity has our money from Orasemprecapri.

            Zero Gravity ***************************************** a company that practices scams and steal your money. I bought a skin care device for $2650 at a skin care show and my girlfriend paid $4000 for the same device when we met up later at the hotel we discovered the guy cheated us. When we tried to get refunds they denied us and said no refunds. They are cheaters and scammers and I want my money back! I didnt even use the device.

            We are the manufacturer and ONLY sell directly on our website. We do NOT sell at shows so please do not slander or tarnish our name. We do have numerous 3rd party vendors and thats who you purchased from. Please reach out to the 3rd party vendor you purchased from in order to settle your dispute. Once again we do not have any retail locations nor do we sell at shows. We sell directly on our website ONLY.
