I recieved a ring and I am extremely disappointed. The ring is absolutely NOT what is pictured and described when I bought it. The details are so poor that you cannot tell it is an eagle or Air Force emblem. The Gold Plating has already worn off the top around the stone and I've worn it only two days! What I recieved is not worth $10.00 much less the $184.00 I Paid for it. It is not a solid ring like a standard armed forces ring but hollow inside. I have every intention of having a jeweler check the stone as I suspect it is NOT a Diamondeau as advertised considering the rest of the ring is definitely not what is advertised.Review from Edward H

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!I ordered my husband a Daniel Steiger RESOLUTION two tone watch for his birthday. He has average-sized wrists. Well, this watch is way TOO LARGE a size to fit the average person. There was NO WARNING that it was sized to fit a giant. We consulted a jeweler to get ESTIMATE to take out a link or two from the watch bracelet but we didn't because if he took out one link the watch would still be too big and two links it would be too small. When we called the company they told us we had to PAY TO RETURN it to them! We had already been charged $17.95 Shipping and Handling to buy it and now we have to pay to return their mis-sized watch. If they are a reputable company they should send us a free return shipment label and also should refund our $17.95 they charged to *************.

I'm sorry to read that you're unhappy with our response but if I'm honest, I think your review is a little unfair. Especially considering that the issue you had was not with the watch, but with the (unaffiliated) jewelry who was unable to adjust the band.
Yes. When we sell a watch it tends to come a little large, to provide extra llinks for those who need them. This is,and has been industry standard practice for many years, and is very helpful for those who need a little longer band.
The vast majority of the watches we sell can be adjusted at home; but where this is not the case or if the customer isnt confident in doing so we would always suggest that the quickest and easiest way to get this done is to pop in to a local jeweler who may or may not charge a small fee.
We are also happy to make the adjustment for you without charge, if you send the watch to back to us with the required measurements; but yes. We would expect you to cover the cost of the postage to us (but not back to you).
It is unfortunate that your local jeweler was unable to adjust the watch to your preferenace, I know from experiance that it's not a difficult watch to adjust so I'm not sure what the issue was (fine adustments to the band can be made at the clasp - where one link was too few and two too many, I think this woudl resolve your fitting issue), but again you would be welcome to send this to us to adjust.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They are a GIANT ripoff!!!! They charged me for 5 rings and then said that they didn't have 4 of the rings in stock. I said that I wanted a full refund. They then said that too bad, they had already sent one of the rings and they would only refund me $99.00 Then they charged me the same ridiculous shipping fee and tax that they did on 5 rings. I wrote and asked why would I be charged the same amount if they were only sending me one, tiny, little ring. They responded saying basically "That's the way it is"!!!I have since found similar rings for much less and lower shipping costs than they charge. I will never buy from them again and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from their website. If I could give them a negative half star I would.Review from Misty S

Ordered a necklace for my mother. When it came in the necklace was terribly knotted. I called customer service to see if they would send me a replacement chain and was advised that they would not do that! They asked if I could not get the knot out myself or take it to a jewelers! Dont they think I attempted to get the knot out before calling them!!! Terrible customer service for this jewelry!!Timepieces International, Inc. Response

Horrible customer service! I ordered a watch last week. Was suppose to be here yesterday. Supposedly it came today. No package at my door. I called time piece int. The customer service lady was extremely rude! Told me to do all the leg work with the post office! Ridiculous! I called po they told me my driver was on vacation and a temp delivered it! There is no way to find out where they delivered it, driver has 300 houses to deliver! Called time piece back and spoke to a nice gentleman, he assured it would b resolved! But as of nOw my son has no gift for tomorrow and I have to get something else tonight! Post office didnt even care they screwed up! Neither did time piece! They got there $$ now I get screwed! Given that **** have confirmed delivery with geo-location tracking; I am afraid that the customer must now pursue a non-delivery claim with the ************* ************** as we are satisfied that delivery has taken place. The shipment was insured and if the customers claim meets the requirements, then the customer will recieve a payout from ****.
