I am not able to get the results of my MRI that was done on 1/20/2025. The nurse will call me and leave a message. I am not able to answer my phone at work. I call the nurse's station back after work at 3:30 and leave a message. I repeatedly ask the nurse to call me at 3:30 or later. I am a teacher and I am not able to answer my phone during work. I've called back on 1/21, 1/22, 1/23, & 1/24 repeatedly. When I call for an appointment the person informs me that I MUST talk to the nurse to get my results. I've asked for the office manager named **** to call me back, She doesn't. The office is located at ****************************************************. I hope the corporate office reads all of the terrible ****** reviews. Clearly the office manger doesn't read them and the nurse does NOT listen to the messages because their terrible practices aren't working. Hopefully, filing a complaint about the corporate office will enable me to get my MRI results. I like my doctor but I will be changing to a different doctor because the procedures are so terrible.

In February 2023, I went to **********************, my ENT for throat pain. H performed an endoscopy-a procedure that was previously covered under my other insurance. I had paid my 50$ copay upon arrival. For some reason, September 2023, I am contacted by a collection agency, we play phone tag for over a month. Thankfully, I persist in trying to reach this person as she only called a few times and did not leave a detailed message.Come to find out that there's an outstanding balance of nearly 300$ for this in office endoscopy. Never got a bill, never got a call since February. This collector accuses me of lying about my address which, I have no reason to-the office admin never asked me for my ID and apparently used my old address, this is the reason I never received a bill. Instead of calling, they sent my bill to collections.FYI, I have an accurate ID for the last 2 years, my phone number has been the same for the last ***************************************************************************************************** the bill (to my correct address) as clearly, this was their mistake and I should not be the one to have to pay the consequences. They said they would call me back-I have had no word.Meanwhile, I have to deal with the debt collector who I informed of above-I am not paying a debt collector, I want a bill not only for tax purposes but, again, because this should not have ocured in the first place.I would like to see the proof that they collected my ID on this date.....the scan should have a date stamp.

I saw ********************** from Florida EMT Associates for an earache in April 2023. He billed my insurance company and ultimately me for two procedures that he never performed (Nasal Endoscopy). I called his office on 7/13/23 to discuss. The office manager offered a courtesy discount on one of the two procedures. I explained that was not good enough because I didn't have either one of those procedures. I was advised Dr. ******** would call me back. I never received a call and instead received a final notice threatening to send me to collections. I called ************************** office again on 8/24/23 and was left on hold for over 15 minutes before being transferred to an answering machine. I called the office back and they did not answer the phone. I called the billing service, had to leave a message, and they never returned my call.

********************** called me yesterday, 9/20/23 6:52 pm.  He said he received a message from his office staff to call me.  I explained that my phone call to him was on 7/13/23 and I have been waiting for a call for over 2 months.  He said he just received the message!  I discussed the two procedures that he claimed he performed on me and told him that I would not pay for procedures that were not done.  He insisted they were and said he has nothing to do with billing and only called me because he received a message from his office staff. In conclusion, he offered no resolution.

4/21/2023-I was sent to the office in ******* but you do not have their address listed. I was sent here to receive allergy testing and was told by their allergist that my testing was completely covered by my insurance. She insisted that she was doing an extra test as it was covered by insurance. I received a bill for ****** and ****** for both shots. I called their office, and they were confused as to why I was billed as they insisted still I was completely covered. I called my insurance company and they stated I had a deductible and that was what they told the ENT office. I called the office again and they said I was completely covered and gave me a code that insisted the insurance company stated I was covered. I was instructed to call the ENT billing office for further information. They never picked up. I called their claims number and finally got hold of someone. They stated my insurance has a deductible and that is why I was billed. I believe the allergist gave me the notion that I was completely covered and doing a second test because its covered is completely unjust when I was billed for it. 5/2/2023-I was sent to the office to see how my skin reacted to the test. The same allergist gave me two options. One that was completely covered by my insurance and the other out of pocket. I chose the on covered. I have also received a bill for ****** for that test. I called the office again to explain how they did not tell me anything about my deductible and how they claimed it was covered. They insisted that that is what the insurance company stated. In speaking to my insurance, they said they reviewed the tape and said they stated that I had a deductible, and that the office should have let me know. I called the office asking for an itemized bill multiple time. I have requested a copy of two emails and to my address which they refused. It is not till today 6/9/2023 that an employee sent the email to me through her personal work email address.

I received service I January of 2022 and there was a $45 copay which I was not informed of an I subsequently ha about 11 more visits in 2022 and the office did not mention the $45 copay. The office did not communicate with me regarding the monies owed, but instead reported it to collection. My fido credit score is 827 which clearly shows that I pay my bills and I would have paid this had I been informed.I contacted ENT Associates to make payment on or about January 18, 2023 and was hung up on instead of being allowed to pay the account.
