I originally asked for a refund on August 7th, 2023 as I paid for more than half of my surgery but found out I needed to delay/cancel it for more serious health reasons. I was told I would get my full refund, not including the deposit (which I understood 100%), 7-15 days after requesting the same. I heard nothing for 16 days so I called and they stated it would take an extra 2 weeks to get my entire refund as their refund department was experiencing technical difficulties? I still dont understand the bs they were trying to feed me. Anyways, I expressed to them that I needed the money to put towards something else and needed it right away. They then somehow where able to refund me half of what I gave ($2,375.00) and stated I would get the other half by Friday, 8/25 (I called on 8/22) by the end of the phone call although I was going to need to wait an additional two weeks in the beginning of the phone call. I even went as far as to get email confirmation from a resin in HR by the name of *******, that I would receive the rest of my funds by 8/25 as All of it sounded shady. 8/25 comes and I did not receive my second half. I called the office from 8/25 - 9/5 and no one took my calls. Every single time I called either their main line, ***********************, or *******************************; I received their voicemails. My boyfriend called and recieved their voicemails but ********* called him back. I have yet to receive a call back or anything. I even went as far as commenting on one of their latest Instagram posts about needing my money back and they deleted the comment within 3 minutes of me posting it. I then DMd them and then was ignored for 3 days before they DMd back stating I have to wait an additional week for my second half of my refund. I told them multiple times that I need to the money for a life or death situation and I am sitting at a month out without all of my funds. Theyve blatantly ignored me and Im not even asking for the deposit back as I know its non refundable.

this entire place is a JOKE! first their communication is so great until all your money is paid then you can never get in touch with them. That was just part of the issue with this place. Secondly i drove all the way from texas to Miami for my surgery just to get there on a Friday fill out all the paper work, then to be told my iron level were way to low. Why no one called me about this two weeks ago before i got to this place? I had to spend additional $200 to get an iron transfusion. The lady told me Friday i had to be at least a **** and i was at an 11. After the transfusion i was a **** on Sunday when i yet again spent more money to been and had my labs taken. Monday was my original surgery date which now switched to Tuesday because of this. My friend took my Monday spot. Monday i turned my labs in twice because they always talking about how they never received anything. So now Wednesday becomes my new surgery date. My friend kept speaking that she saw a positive drug test and pregnancy test the day of her surgery. When she asked the lady what does that mean, the worker responded oh no you are fine. They proceeded with her surgery. The next day she just could not shake the feeling that she saw that and she know there are different test but she was certain there isnt one that shows two line for being negative. So we purchased a home test and sure enough she was pregnant. They are trying their best to cover up for the worker. Mind you she barley speaks English and works at the fine desk so why is she even doing clinical things? Not one time from Friday - Monday did I see one happy patient come in that office! Everyone was raising sand. They were complaining about miss communication, the office loosing records, not scheduling following up appointments correctly, it was a total mess. Not to mention after going back to the office because of the situation with my friend they decided they wanted to call me at 6:50pm day before my surgery to tell me they couldnt do

I was told I would get lipo then did not receive lipo. I got a whole surgury just to still look fat. All the other girls they do look beautiful on their before and after pics. I however did not end up on the website before and Afters. My incision is dying and separating and I'm so scared. I have had a tough life already and just wanted to finally feel okay about myself. But now I can't stop crying. At first I really thought they did okay but I still have love handles and why is my incision look like it's dying?
