    Unprofessional and complete Idiots! These people including the manager do not know how to handle guest situations. I had scheduled a shuttle to the port the night before as instructed! The driver did not give me a time. Just said before 10am. I called the front desk at 950, upon getting bags , they advised me that the shuttle left.. I told them whatever you need to do? Get me to the port since this is your mistake. Well, 3 associates later, an idiot unprofessional manager? Came from the back. And atv this point explaining to 2 people I had to quickly explain yet again what my problem was. He told me he couldnt do anything, even after showing him I called, not to leave without me. ***.. I lost it.. I got mad under my breath., and he came from the front desk around to the front and in front of ************************************** WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO??? WHAT??? Screaming!!! I told him to back off since I was a police officer for 7 years He then screamed repeatedly and was like GET OUT!!! Get out!!!!! So? I had to pay for my own Lyft last minute, and now hopefully do not miss the ship!! I will never be coming back to this hotel, and demand an apology from someone and action be taken to the associates that could not handle this simple situation any differently!!! Very unprofessional!!!

    Thank you staying with us and please accept my apologies for any inconvenience, I read your complaint and talked to my staff was well as an American airline pilot who was in the lobby and witness the situation.  I also saw the security  video.  

    The shuttle to the port is a scheduled third party vendor that leaves the hotel between 10 and 10:30 am.  On this particular day the shuttle waited longer then usual before departing with other guest going to the part of Miami.   The owner of the shuttle service told me she could not wait any longer as she had other guest ready to go.

     I am very sorry you missed the shuttle to the port Miami, but I can honestly say it was not the fault of the hotel. The shuttle waited more then it should and any inconvenience could have been avoided.

    The hotel smelled bad. The staff were so rude. It smelled like weed and people were walking around in pajamas. They charged me an additional $100 plus a 3.95 hotel fee! My room key didnt work. After getting a new key and going inside the room it was horrible!! It smelled and was run down. Immediately started looking for bed bugs and when the blanket was pulled back, ROACHES were in the bed. I immediately went to the desk for a refund, which was granted and left. However, weeks later, ** still fighting to see my money returned.
