    I booked a hotel with a shuttle. My flight arrived at 8:10. I was outside waiting at 8:30 for the shuttle at 9:30. I called because no shuttle had come by or arrived and I was told that a shuttle will arrive at 10. I waited until 10 I called and I was told to shuttle arrive at 10:30 and so on and so forth until I called a lift. The two ladies customer service refused to give me the number to corporate until I got to the hotel. I got the runaround they didnt answer the phone. I would like some of my money back.

    We are having a very frustrated experience with the service of this hotel. We booked through Expedia for 1 night stay at this hotel because the pricing for this hotel is very good. We got our confirmation email 6pm EST today and noticed the date is wrong. We called Expedia 6:08pm for a refund. Expedia called the hotel and said the hotel is refusing a refund as it is non-refundable. I understand if it is after 1 or 2 days or even 1 hour, but for 8 minutes?( we had to spent 8 minute to look for the number to call fyi). This is extremely frustrated. The hotel said we can book for another night and they will give us a refund but the price is double for the only night we are staying in Miami. There is no way we can afford that price. Since Expedia said they cannot do a refund because it is the hotel that is not refunding us, I called the hotel and the guy picked up the phone has no sympathy at all. Maybe this is how the *********** their customer but this experience is certainly unpleasant.

    9/19/23 9:20 am, I called to make a reservation for Oct. 2. I asked several specific questions that were important to me before booking. I needed an airport shuttle and free parking. Both were advertised on their website, but I called to confirm anyway. I completely explained that I wanted to stay the day before my trip and maybe on the day I returned. I asked if free parking and a shuttle was included. I was assured it was. Calls are recorded...please listen. I asked that that be included in my confirmation email. I am a choice member and do business with them a lot. I never have issues with them and they have never had a no refunds policy. That was also never mentioned on the phone during the reservation process. When I got my confirmation email, what I was told was a complete lie. It said I would be charged $12/day for parking. This was a specific question I asked on a recorded line. So I tried to cancel and was told it was not refundable. When did ************** a reputable company, turn into a scam agency? That call was at 3:00 pm. Then she wanted to cancel my reservation with no guarantee of a refund or that my reservation would be valid if I did not get my refund. What a scam! Thank you.

    I booked a nights stay for 04/13/2022 our plane was delayed in ****** ***** and did not make it to the hotel, I called them as soon as we were notified about not being able to stay I was told my credit card would be refunded . after a few days no refund when I contacted them i was told to Email my situation and it would be taken care of, I received an E-mail back they told me no refund ? didnt even step foot on there property and charged me the whole amount ****** for never being there .
