    I reserved a room for the date of Jan ***** 2024 through Priceline for the total of $*****. When I got to the hotel they were unable to locate my reservation, I showed the receptionist a copy of the receipt and everything but stated they never received any payments. Because I had been traveling and was very tired and did not feel like arguing with the representative they stated that Id have to pay for the room (which I had already paid for through Priceline) I was charged $97.60 in addition to a $80 deposit. Once I was settled back home I contacted Days inn asked to speak with a manager in regards to the issue and paying an additional $177.60. She proceeded to tell me that they had NO records of me paying anything at their hotel and I stayed for free. I was then given the email ******************** to submit the dispute. I have not heard anything back from them since January. I dont know if this hotel is scamming travelers or what but its a crappy rundown hotel and even the initial ***** was an overprice to stay there. I simply want to be refunded my $177.60 because I had already paid them through Priceline and they didnt return my deposit.

    The guest was refunded back for the additional charge that was done to their card and was sent an apology email for the inconvenience they had here at the property. I also explained that the deposit of $80 was refunded on the day she checked out on the 11th which I provided her with proof of the receipt.

    I check in at Days inn and call front desk let them know they had a lot of noise he told me to call in the manager will be there so I let him know alot of time I could not sleep getting up to go to the airport let the water run for about 30 min no hot water I call the third party super is the one who book hotel online I made a report with Mr **** went to the front desk of the Days inn go to a manager she gave me 35% and I told her that's not right I wanted my full refund I talked to the super the hotel person again he talked to her he told her that's not right so she told me to call back and talk to the gm before 11:00 I want my refund in full

    I stayed at the Days Inn by Wyndham Miami North From April 4,- April 7 *****. The first issue was I reserved a non smoking room, and the room smelled like smoke which caused my son, and myself to get sick from the smell. Our hotel room was not clean and there were multiple roaches and bugs in the room.. Me and my son were bit up by bugs.. Also there were ***** droppings in the corners of the bathroom. The toilet did not flush properly because it was broken.. I made a complaint to front desk and they looked at me and didnt apologize or offer to switch rooms. I had no extra money to book a new hotel because all of my money was used for their hotel. When I booked my room it was supposed to be a deluxe, and I was given a standard room. The next day they did switch me to a deluxe room, but it was even worse then the first room. I feel as though Days Inn are misleading their customers by falsely advertising the quality of their rooms. The standards are nothing like the photos. I feel as though myself and my son health were put a risk due to the bugs in the uncleanliness of the room. I would like a full refund of $327.25 for the three days I stayed at the room I am not happy or satisfied with their customer service or their ********************** rooms.Thank you.

    Hotel was infested with roaches. Bed was infested with bedbugs.Upon inspection found mattresses to be outdated and soiled. Hotel did not meet safety standards in room and outside room. The entrance into bathroom was not accessible without turning sideways. Staff at front desk ignored complaints. Step in front of room had a large drop down to enter and exit and no visible signs posted warning you to watch your step. My neighbor in next door room actually tripped on the step while walking by and fell into our room.

    I was switched to room 609 and my money was stolen the amount was $2,600 and my iPhone 13 pro *** which I have made a police report the same day and yet no one has done anything I would like my money and my iPhone back which had my daughters pictures inside of it and no one needed to break in the room

    I stayed at this hotel from 5/2/2022 to 5/7/2022. This hotel had no hot water, bugs were in the room, and fireflies were coming from the lamps when the lights were turned on. I also had bugs in the bed. There were worms on the floor and in my bathroom. My room was changed 4 times. Each time I still had the same issues. I was charged $737.00. I was charged for a security deposit box that was in the room I never used. They told me that is the policy to charge $2 a day whether you use it or not. I never experience a hotel that was disgusting to stay.
