    hello. I hired ******** Prestige Services to fix my ** that went out. He came in and told me I needed to replace my condenser, we did what ******* (the owner) recommend and changed the ****** that costed us $3950 and he told us that the condenser had 10 years warranty. he added the condenser and the ** started working, the next day the ** started making a very loud noise and it stopped working. we called Gonzales prestige services again and they left us a day with out ** when I have a 7 month old baby and its extremely hot in *******, he came and told us that the ac unit we have is not compatible with the unit he installed, he knowingly installed a unit that was not compatible with the unit I currently have and charged me another $738 to fix it and since I have a baby and can't stay without an ** I felt forced to pay it. He promised me once he changes the piece my ** would start working again. A day after my ** stops working again, I call him and he tells me that he cannot come to my house and I have to wait two days because he is OFF. How can I stay 2 days when its 90 degree in ******* and I have a baby and I am currently pregnant. the two days passed and I called him again, he stopped answering my calls. I asked for my warranty papers and he told me he would send it over and still haven't sent anything and don't answer that calls. I contacted another ** company and they told me the condenser was not properly installed and was overheating causing it to shut down and charged me another $400 to fix it. I am wring to request the labor amount off $350 the extra $738 they charged me since he intentionally installed a unit not compatible with mine and the $400 I had to pay to the other company because they did not installed the ** properly. I have the bill from the other company and text messages with Gonzales Prestige services
