I ordered a bottle of ***** *** in early June 2024, and it's now mid September and I still don't have it. This has been a miserable experience. Their customer service can't provide answers. The tracking says it shipped nearly a month ago. Some other delivery service appears to be tied to them, but they say they don't have the package. I have filed a complaint with my credit card to get refunded, as this place appears to be a total scam.Review from Britta R

I bought 2 bottles Patron Silver Tequila 2023 Mexican - and they outright lied about having the product in stock and after a month it is still in processing. I called their company directly and they said they are no longer shipping to the **. So if it is not in stock it shouldn't have been sold. They didn't immediately offer a refund and now I'm having to fight the transaction with my credit card company.Review from Th D

I bought some ************* - a very expensive bottle - and not only did they outright lie about the delivery date but then they wanted to make me pay the shipping to get my refund. They purposely gave an unacceptably large range delivery range and they couldnt even meet that. They were not transparent about shipping, or stocking problems and when the issue did come up they pushed the cost on us. Dont buy things here.

There was a slight delay in shipping order #***********; When the order was shipped, the customer had moved from their original address and never notified us. The carrier tried to contact him to obtain his new address without luck, but they finally managed to obtain it, however, when they attempted to deliver to the new address on 02/29/2024 the customer refused the package. That same day the client contacted us and the full refund was processed.

These guys are just horrible at the most basic customer service. I ordered some stuff. They took forever to ship it. Shipped it to wrong address. Their tracking #'s are no known carrier (so you can't actually track it well). When I pointed it out to them it's been like 3 days and no action. Don't buy from these guys. There are better choices. For sure. Like 0 out of 10 on just the most basic customer service.Review from Chris T

I recently purchased an item from this company and received the incorrect product. I reached out to their team and was met with a quick response and follow through on their end even though I missed their first email, they proceeded to resolve the issue. They made sure I received the correct product and that the order was satisfied. From this experience, I would have no problem continuing using their services.
