    I called Express Appliance Pro to do a diagnostic on my fridge as it was not cooling. Dispatch called their tech ****. He came out and did a 5 min diagnostic to tell me my compressor is shot and need a new one. Quoted me something like $700-800 for a new part. I called ** and my fridge is under warranty. Gave ** their contact details so they can order the part. Took 1 month after several calls asking when it would arrive. New compressor finally installed and new vacuum seal as per **. ****** still wasn't cooling so I called them back and he told me they hadn't installed the vacuum seal so he did this time. Still the fridge is not cooling. Called almost every day and their dispatch said they would escalate to corporate and I should get a call back. 3-4 month now waiting still no tech or call back to fix my fridge.

    We had business come to repair our RV residential refrigerator and was told it needed a part for which we paid for in full at $388.41 at that time. After a months wait, the repair man returned and realized it was not the right part, threw it on our floor and proceeded to call his boss about it. When I got on my phone to call the company directly to see if we could apply our payment to the newly needed part, the technician got in his car with our part and left. I have called the company at least a dozen times and am told management will call me back. I even offer to have them deduct the $85 from our refund for their service call. They have NEVER called me back. I contacted my attorney and was advised to contact the police for a theft claim. We never had the appliance repaired by them and in the meantime have had to replace our fridge. I am giving them until tomorrow April 5th to reply but know they will not. This is business fraud, theft and false advertising. I will report this to the local police on Monday as we are RV travelers and will be leaving ******* soon.

    We have a Scotsman Icemaker that stopped working in Nov. '23, we called Express Appliance Pro based on a 5 star rating. They came out promptly and said it needed a new mother board for approx. $700. The guy seemed hesitant to process and thought a new icemaker might be better. He said we would need to pay upfront and it would be about six weeks to come in. We waited and waited the beginning of January called back, you get their "answering service" who says a senior manager will call you back. After multiple calls to them, I did get a call back. They said they received it and it doesn't work, they will order another one and it will be two weeks. I have called them multiple times a day every other day. The answering service repeats they will have a senior manager call me back. The last phone call when I insisted on the managers phone number or email address they hung up on me.
