    I purchased a dash cam from Dash Guard on Feb 27th. Wasnt satisfied with product. Returned item on Mar 20th thru **** Have confirmation from *** that they received item. They have a 30 day money back guarantee. I have sent numerous emails to their support site requesting my refund with no response. It has been almost 30 days and still no refund.

    On Feb 7th 2024 9:39am I purchased two dash cams from Dash Guard's website for $250.92 Order # **** I received my order VIA **** Feb. 15th 2024 After using one of the two camera's for a week or so - I contacted Dash Guard VIA Email on Feb 22nd 2024. I let them know I was not happy with the connectivity issues I was experiencing and wanted to return both Dash cameras. I heard nothing. I then reached out again on Feb. 28th politely trying to follow up. I heard nothing again. Feb. 29th I reached out again - this time not very politely as there customer support line says they get back to all customers within 24hours which was not even the slightest of true. I finally receive an email March 1st asking me to explain my issue. I was on vacation at this point till march 5th which right when I returned home that morning March 5th, I sent an email detailing why I wanted to return both cameras and sent a photo of the used dash cam and the new one in the box as they requested. Dash guard offered me a deal of 50% off the entire purchase to keep both cams and get a partial refund or send back both camera's and get a full refund. I politely declined and request to send both dash cams back. On March 10th I got an email with a shipping label to send both items back. I packaged the items and returned March 11th with the shipping label provided. I contacted Dash Guard March 29th to check the status of the return and have received nothing back. I emailed again today April 4th - nothing back. The refund still has not been processed. I wrote a review on the company's website detailing my personal experience and they either deleted it or never posted it. They appear to only allow positive ones to be made on the website. All I am seeking is a return for the items sent back.

    I recently bought a dash cam from DashGaurd. I was unhappy with my order tried to contact customer service to see how I start a refund and was never responded to. Their customer service number says they arnt accepting calls and to email and they will respond within 24 hours. They never did! My sole complaint is that I wrote a review (1 star review) and months later I check their website and under the reviews section it says there are non 1,2, or 3 star reviews. I even read multiple bad reviews like mine after going through every page of the reviews and there are bad reviews but who is going to take the time to go through 50 pages to get to the end when it shows on their site theres only 5 and 4 star reviews. They are hiding the bad reviews from customers and its wrong. If Id have seen the bad ones before I purchased it I wouldnt have bought it. And that they wont respond Im probably past my return time. Its wrong

    I can say that I am pleased that ********** actually sent me my money back and gave me a refund. That was the right thing to do. But that being said it still doesnt take away what I wrote the complaint about. Which would be that the company hides all the negative reviews on the web site. Which is wrong and it shouldnt be legal for them to hide those reviews and keep the truth about the product from potential customers. And their customer service options ( none ) wont let you call the 800 number and they dont respond to emails. Took me to file a complaint to BBB to get a refund but I was solely writing it to let it be known that there are many 1 star reviews but they are hiding them. Thanks for your guys assistance with this and have a blessed day!

    BEWARE !!!!!! DO NOT buy from dashguard. I recently purchased 4 cameras. I wasnt satisfied with how they work and requested a full refund. First, they had to approve my refund even though it clearly states on their website that you can get a full refund. In addition, they DO NOT provide you with the return labels and packaging, even though its stated on their website that they will. In my opinion, THEY ARE LIARS and THIEVES! I had to spend extra money to pack and ship the cameras back to them. They agreed to give me my money back once I shipped them the cameras. I have proof that they received the cameras , since I had sent them with tracking. All of a sudden they started asking me numerous information: whats the tracking number, whats the order number, whats the email, whats my name, etc. Each time, I would provide them with the answer to their questions, they would come up with something else. I started to get suspicious of what they were doing. They couldnt make up any other questions, so they stopped communicating with me all together. They have my money AND the cameras. I have started the process of LEGAL ACTION against them. Thats how far it has gone. This is suppose to be a legit company, but based on their actions, I personally think they are THIEVES! They have a phone number, but never pick up. The only means of communication is via email, and then they stop responding. Beware of this NO good company that steals peoples hard earned money.

    On April 2 2024 dash guard email me stating that they issued me a full refund which they didnt. Today is April 18 2024 and dash guard said that the refund would take 10 days and its been 16 days and they havent issued me my refund of $439.95 after receiving the camaras on February 16 2024 at 2:26pm. Dash guard has put me through a lot of stress regarding my refund. Dash guard is lying saying that they issued my refund. I can send you my bank transcripts as prove that dash guard has not issued my refund in the amount of $439.95.

    On April 2 2024, dash guard email me stating that they refunded my account in the amount of $439.95. Dash guard hasnt refunded me anything and its been 16 days since I received their email. I have been going back and forth with dash guard regarding my refund since January 2024 and today is April 18, 2024 and dash guard hasnt refund me my money, its been very stressful. Theyre saying that they refund my account but theyre lying, this isnt true. I can submit bank statements to prove that they havent refund my account or you can directly contact my bank with my authorization to also serve as proof that no refund has been received.

    On November 18th 2023 I made a purchase of 2 Dash Cams through the website mydashguard.com. As I made my purchase my Chase Card notifications notifies me of my online purchase as usual but said the charge was by SP Beauty Way, not Dash Guard. I immediately log into my Chase app to look over the charge and the merchant description says wig and toupee shops. I immediately assumed it was a fraudulent site and called ***** to dispute my charge. I told them that I was me that made the purchase but the items I ordered and the site name and description were very different and I wanted to stop the payment. They removed the charge and sent me a new card.A few weeks later I received the dash cams, even though I canceled the payment immediately after the order was placed. The cameras didn't weigh much, felt very low quality and you had to scan a QR code to set them up with writing that was in another language, which made me uncomfortable. I decided to go back on the website as a final effort to look into these and look for social media presence. Supposedly ******+ sold with over ***** 5 star reviews but no social media reviews or comments other than on the Dash Guard site. Theres a ******** page with no activity and an Instagram page with no activity. The app to download to use the cameras also has no activity. Soon after, I received an email from Dash Guard asking about why I canceled the charge. Nowhere in this email did it mention or ask me to send the items back since I was dissatisfied. Also, in their return policy it states If your return is accepted. I was not interested in attempting to send these back for them to decide to still not give me my money back.Now as ***** has closed my claim, they say I have to pay the total because I received the cameras and Dash Guard will not let me return them because we are outside of the 30 day return policy. All I want is to give the items back and they wont take them.
