Island Boiz Autowerx LLC, EIN 85-1749689, registered to ******************************* and operated by ***********************. I first contacted the business 8/30/22 through Instagram after seeing suggested posts about services completed on various vehicles. I took my car to their shop on 9/3/22 so he can see the car and determine if he was willing to do. He confirmed that he was going to do a full paint correction and ceramic coating, 6 year warranty, $650.00 plus tax = $695.50. I dropped of my car to him on 9/8/22 at 9:00AM. As per the amount of work that needed to be done, I rented a car as he mentioned it was going to be 48 hours for completion. Same day at 3:55 PM, he messaged me saying that the car was done and allowed to be picked up the next morning. I picked up my car from him on 9/9/22 at 9:30 AM, went home and began to inspect my car. I messaged him at 1:43 PM telling him there were some spots on the car, he replied to let it sit for 5 days and to take the car back so he will go over it. Note: the spots are easily removable if properly decontaminating by claying the car (clay **** prior to doing a paint correction. I noticed none of the panels on the car were paint corrected (from professional experience) and he only put ceramic coating on it. I took the car to him on 9/19/22 at 9:00 AM, showed him the imperfections found throughout the car and he immediately began to be defensive, argumentative and disrespectful. We agreed to let the ceramic coating cure for 4 weeks before he could go over the car again. On 10/5, I messaged him to confirm taking my car back to his shop. I dropped on the car on 10/11 and picked up on 10/12, he did not do the job as mentioned before, only some panels were paint corrected but not the whole car and when I tried to bring it up again at his shop he became very aggressive and attempted to physically assault me but my brother intervened and was unable to cause any harm to me.
