    I spoke with a customer service *** about getting a motor for the ***. Here are the details of your order:Part: Engine Order Date: September 6, 2024 Vehicle Mileage: ****** miles Technical Specifications: 1984 ************* Amount Paid: $1,200.00 Expected Delivery Time: within 2-3 weeks they received payment it is not 3 months later not motor. We called a month ago and they stated there was an issue with the shipping so they would be refunding the money. No refund either.

    I ordered a transmission and was supposed to receive in 3 weeks after not receiving it for a month I called and they said they would refund in 7 to 10 business days well a month later and nothing still

    I purchased an engine and suspension parts for a car and was told 4 week for delivery. After 4 weeks i chased them and finally got an answer that I needed to wait another 2 weeks for delivery. After no delivery I then chased them again and then they said that they needed another 2 weeks to deliver. I told them I wanted a refund. They sent me an email saying it would take 2 weeks for a refund. After 2 weeks still no refund so I chased them again and finally after a week I got an email saying that I was to ***** ***** as they were holding their monies. I chased zelle and they were not able to get the funds back. I am now chasing Prota auto parts again. I transferred the money to them on the 9th of September 2024.

    My father spent weeks looking for a transmission for me. Paid 1,000$ for a transmission that would be delivered in 3 weeks. They have ignored all my calls and text after payment was made. I am obviously not getting a transmission, so I want my money back.

    On 8/20/24 I spoke with a man name **** with (Proto Auto Parts LLC) for a *** 2016 motor replacement, I was supposed to get it deliver within 15-20days max, when they sent the invoice for the dollar amount for ***** which I paid and asked for a transaction number I informed that their customer care will reach out which, I got an email from a ***** ******** the next day and she didn't provided with the transaction number as I thought informing me that the part needs to be inspected then they will send me a confirmation email. I reached out after almost 3 weeks and was informed they weren't able to deliver and that a refund will be issued and it will take 5-10 business days, 2 weeks later no refund and I contact them back was informed it will take additional 10 days. I could their services and was informed a manager will reach out but, I couldn't and ***** blocked my number and they are not answering my calls, or paying me back. I just want my refund. I will take legal action if I have to.

    Ordered an engine Oct 4th 2024. They requested wire transfer to a bank in AZ of $2250.00.I received a confirmation email with expected delivery of Oct *****th. No engine arrived as of Nov ********* #s not working and the one active phone has automated text response apologizing they missed my ******* reply from them via email after several attempts.A months salary sent to scammers...No tracking number, no human to speak with. Based in *******, but lives in *******.

    I ordered a transmission on 9/11/2024 for ******. It was suppose to ship 2-3 weeks. I have not received anything. This company has blocked me and will not communicate or give me my money back. I wired the funds per Prota Auto Parts instructions to ************. Prota Auto Parts' employee, ****, sent me a message stating he was leaving because he was unaware they were scammers. He knew. I just want my money back. BBB help me!!!

    I called an ad placed in my area ******** market place. I originally spoke to a man and explained what I needed and he gave me a listing of what they had that met my need, so I agreed to send him the money. He transferred me to a woman that confirmed the order and payment details. On September 19, 2024, I transferred through an ACH payment from my bank, $841 to *********************, ************************************** for credit to Prota Auto Parts, LLC. The woman I spoke to told me they would start filling my order when the payment was received and I the part would be shipped in three weeks. I did not write down the names of either person I spoke to and they did not list a name on the invoice they sent. Not remembering that they said it would take three weeks to deliver my part, I called once after about a week to check on my part (an engine for my truck). I spoke to the same woman again and she was rather short when she answered and reminded me it would be three weeks before I received my part, so I waited. I should have received my engine by Thursday, 10/17/24. I waited until Monday and called again since it still had not arrived. I spoke to the same woman again and she was full of excuses and asked if I could wait another week or two. I told I did not want to wait after waiting so long already. So I requested a refund and she said they deposit my money back to may account within seven to ten business days. It has now been fourteen days since and I still haven't received a refund or an engine. I've tried calling multiple numbers that I had from my previous calls plus ones I found on the internet. If they ring at all, it is only for three rings and then they disconnect. I have not been able to talk to anyone. Prota Auto Parts, LLC may have a fancy impressive web site, but they are just scammers and crooks.

    I ordered a motor from them wired them $1,500 for my bank they told me that it would be shipped it to in 7 to 10 business days and I'll receive it at the end 10 business days I had to call them after taking the day off work and waiting for the delivery to find out that they needed another like six business days so then they said the 18th it would be here so I took the day off work and waited for the motor never showed up I called them and now they're saying it's going to be another five or six business days and that I have two choices I can get my money refunded which would take another 10 business days or wait on the motor that's supposed to be here another six business days now the company doesn't even want to answer the phone

    August 30th my son bought an engine from prota auto parts. They had him wire $1054.00 to them and it would be delivered within 3 to 4 weeks. When that didn't arrive we called and the customer service lady ****** said there was an issue and it would be another week or they could start a refund but my son needed the car so we waited a little over a week. It is hard to get someone to answer your phone call so when we called back after that week she once again said there was a delay so then we asked for the refund she said 7to10 days that was Oct 1st. I called and it went straight to voicemail and I left a message regarding same. He almost immediately got an email saying they were having an issue sending his refund it would be an additional 10 days then blocked my phone number or let it ring then pick it up and hang up. He is 22 years old with no car because his engine blew up and they seemed to have good reviews and now has no engine and is out 1054. This is not ok.

    This is the newest text message that was sent to me. Now they are blaming zelle, when they could easily wire it as I wired it to them.
