It has come to my attention and I have witnesses at my job to confirm the dispatch service for ********** has been blocking passengers phone numbers on their system. upon calling our calls are being disconnected on purpose. I took the liberty of calling from my co-workers phone and it had not problem getting through. tested and called from my mobile and once again i was hung up on 10x in a row. Unfortunately, I will now have to bring this complaint to the BBB and the city of *****-Dades offices which are currently funding the freebee services in the area. As this is unprofessional and inadequate behavior which I find discriminatory to hardworking passengers that rely on this service to get to and from work and utilizing the services for over 2 years. the services and employees are getting worst by the day. I'd welcome to show my phone records to show the times I have called the dispatch center and have been disconnected on their end to avoid calls from passengers. the fact they have flagged my phone number whenever I call the dispatch line is cause enough for discrimination given there have been numerous complaints on an individual called ******** who picks up the calls for whom he elects. Upper management and corporate offices should be notified and unfortunately we are not provided that contact.

On July 19th after one of the freebee drivers became ill, I called 911 to please come an assist her. I submitted another request for pick up. I had been on hold for an extensive period, over an hour. I reached out to dispatch to advise of the sick driver as well I had been waiting for some time as one of their other drivers, known to be troublesome was sitting on idle at another station seen my others, the dispatch immediately interrupted me rudely telling me he can't understand me his ears hurt to adjust my phone settings he would not allow me to speak, I explained if he's having a problem with volume he's to adjust on his end I can't control his volume I'm calling from outside with an injured hand and dispatch is playing games as he is friendly with the driver on idle. I call back he proceeds with same nonsense I get irritated as i see this is an unprofessional and inappropriate act of defiance to protect his friend and rude behavior. I hang up. This employee proceeds to keep me on hold for over an hour before the idled driver decides to finally accept the request and proceeds to pick up on other side of my location and as I begin to walk she drives off message she'll be back. I email a complaint and proceeds to walk in heat. Next day request a ride to go to my physical therapy the same dispatcher deactivates my account for inappropriate behavior when it was he in fact who was and I have proof and witness with me heard entire conversation. The dispatch, operator and contact us for complaint is one and same person. Who discriminated against me for personal reasons utilize corporate equipment and employees to do so. Yet I've seen other riders who have been completely rude inappropriate to drivers and they've never deactivate them. You will not find not one passenger or drivers other than one that will ever say I'm rude or mean. Idle driver has issues with other colleagues and riders have complaint on such employee several occasions. Dispatch is their friend.

Okay this isn't directly about the business but an employee of the business her name is ****** she was supposed to pick me up, I was at ******* taking a freebee to dollar tree she said I could've walked what kind of person says that I was waiting 40 minutes just for her to say that and cancel my ride I want her reprimanded or punished who knows what she had said to other customers. She didn't have to say that to me because its not coming out of her paycheck she was so rude and disrespectful. I love taking freebee as it is so helpful and accesible to people who cannot afford to take ubers or lyfts that fact that she was so disrespectful has me disgusted
