    I rented a car on Dec 3, 2024 and I paid $602.28, money was charged same day. I got an email today saying reservation is cancelled. They said because there is no enough stock of cars available. So why they charged me? They should be 100% sure of availability before they charge people. They are working with other people money and it is fraud. i want them to respect my reseevation and give me any other car to use during my reservation dates, does not matter if is better or bigger, it was their responsability to check availability before charge me.

    At RentingCarz, we partner with several car rental companies, including some that operate on a request-based model. In these cases, reservations are confirmed only after verifying vehicle availability.Unfortunately, if these companies are unable to fulfill a reservation due to stock limitations, the booking is canceled. In such situations, we immediately explore alternative options, and if a suitable solution cannot be found, we process a full refund of the amount charged, as was done in your case.

    We understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for this experience. Please know that this is not the standard of service we aim to provide. It is worth noting that you have successfully completed two previous reservations through our platform without any issues, and we truly value your trust in us. However, in this particular instance, the rental company could not accommodate your request, and despite our best efforts, we were unable to secure a suitable alternative vehicle for your travel dates.

    The refund of $602.28 has been processed. Please note that depending on your bank's policies, it may take a few business days for the funds to appear in your account, and we have included the refund receipt in the attached document.
