You guys are criminals. Got car with defective wiper blades went back he cut it off did not replace it. I called in spoke to ****** on day of my return, asking for cost of extension for 3 days and also 1 week at 2 pm. My return time was 5:10 pm. He said he will call me back with rates he never did. I called again at 4 pm he says he doesnt know the extension rates yet. I called again at 5 pm he didnt know so I bring the vehicle back at 7 pm I asked the guy who checked the car and at counter if there is any extra charges they told me none I left. Later on you guys fraudulently charged me $115 I had to call bank block my credit card. This is fraud I am talking to lawyers. I kept calling Usave toll free number it kept saying they will call me back 9 calls I made no one bothered to call me back. Thus was worst experience in my life.Review from mikhail s

I rented a car in U-SAVE CAR &TRUCK RENTAL in Miami ** December 18 ...December22 /2023 and paid $250 security deposit.12/21 I parked the car incorrectly and the police took it to their parking lot. ***** I paid U-SAVE $100 for returning the car and 250 security deposit again The car was returned to U-SAVE 12/22 the same condition as it was on ***** but U-SAVE didn't refund my security deposit $500Review from Rafeeq S

Terrible ***************** They Make Up Their Prices Because Online It's One Price But When You Get There It's A Different Number. They Don't Answer The Phone Ever! They Respond Through Text Message. And Every Employee Makes Up Their Own Rules. It's A Scam Please Save Your ************* Yall Need To Be Investigated!Review from Jeff G

Another fraudulent company that advertises low rates and then makes you wait for hours in line. Its like they dont know how to work. To top it off they want you to buy insurance with them no matter if you already have insurance for liability of $500000. Thats not even the price of the car and the customer service is as bad as it gets. STAY AWAY!!
